This home is ideal for up to 8 guests. Please register the exact number of guests to ensure proper cleaning and preparation. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

• The front entrance includes three exterior steps.
• One bedroom on the main floor, accessible without interior stairs.
• Interior stairs providing access to two upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs bedroom.
⭐ Bed Use & Late Check Out Policy
To help us conserve water, energy, and cleaning resources, we kindly ask that groups of 6 or fewer guests use only 3 beds, if possible.
As a thank you, we’re happy to offer a complimentary late checkout at 11 AM (instead of 10 AM). Just let us know in advance.

Our home includes direct water access, a dock, exterior and interior stairs, kayaks, paddle boards, and a fire pit. These features are wonderful but require caution. By booking, you acknowledge that you and your group use all amenities at your own risk and agree to follow all safety rules.
• Life jackets are required for all water activities — use at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised at all times; the property is not childproof.
• No running, diving, jumping, or horseplay near the water or on the dock.
• Fire pit use is allowed only when permitted and must never be left unattended. Fully extinguish the fire before leaving the area.
• Watercraft may not be used in high winds, rough water, or after dark.
• Use caution on stairs and decks — surfaces may be slippery.
• No climbing, sitting, or leaning over railings on decks or elevated areas.
⭐ Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
By booking and staying at this property, you acknowledge and agree that the home includes direct waterfront access, a dock, deck, exterior and interior stairs, kayaks, paddle boards, and a fire pit, all of which involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, drowning, watercraft accidents, and fire related injuries.
By proceeding with this reservation, you and all members of your party voluntarily assume all risks of injury, harm, or loss associated with the use of the property and its amenities. You further agree that the host/owner/LLC shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages to persons or property occurring during your stay, whether arising from use of the waterfront, dock, stairs, watercraft, fire pit, or any other feature of the property.
