Triple-zone A/C and gentle Trade Winds keep the interior cool while soft blues and teals echo the shoreline just minutes away.

Every reservation with Maui Paradise Properties includes one free ticket per activity, each day to some of our favorite Maui experiences—plus unbeatable savings on other local favorites! The condo is as advertised. Beautiful ocean view, nicely decorated and well equipped. The washer dryer came in handy. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay again. One note: you will likely receive your door access code close to your check-in time and not in advance.

THE VIEW – THE VIEW – THE VIEW!!The view from the lanai is absolutely stunning. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee while watching whales and boats out on the water. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely well stocked. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, along with plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, dish soap, a complimentary small bag of coffee, ice packs for coolers, ice, and beach essentials. Everything was thoughtfully provided, which made our week-long stay with a family of five very comfortable.Coffee shops, ice cream, markets, shopping, and dining are all an easy walk from the condo. Beach access is about a 3–10 minute drive depending on where you go. If you pack light and aren’t walking with small children, Ulua, Keawakapu, and Wailea Beaches are roughly a 15–20 minute walk and very doable.The property grounds are well maintained, quiet, and feel very safe. The pool was clean and kept at a comfortable temperature. The neighbors and groundskeepers were all incredibly friendly and welcoming.10-star experience!My only small recommendation would be to bring a soft backpack cooler or smaller. The cooler provided is quite large—which is nice—but it can be difficult to carry across the beach. We ended up using our own smaller cooler since it was easier to transport. The beach chairs do have insulated pockets, though, which are perfect for carrying a drink and a sandwich.Thank you for hosting!

Amazing property with the best views on the island.

Absolutely amazing condo with even more amazing views. Only part of the island where you can see 4 islands plus West Maui. The pools on the property were super nice and the landscaping was amazing.

Perfectly Blissful Stay in Wailea – Sunset Views & Total Comfort From the moment we arrived, this Wailea retreat took our breath away. The ocean view was absolutely stunning—a perfectly centered frame for the most incredible sunsets, making the second-floor location well worth it. Every evening felt like a private show over the Pacific.The condo was spotless, modern, and beautifully equipped with everything we needed, wanted, and even things I didn’t know we’d need. The thoughtful touches—especially the binoculars for whale watching and stargazing—were a delight. The staff was responsive, kind, and proactive, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish.The space itself felt fresh, comfortable, and luxuriously stocked, down to the smallest detail. We took advantage of the on-site massage service (phenomenal both times) and the concierge, who made every moment feel pampered and effortless, setting the tone for total bliss.This place embodies everything I love about Maui: beauty, serenity, and true hospitality. I’ll absolutely rebook for my next visit to Wailea—already counting down the days until I can experience it all again.

Property is as advertised. Very clean and up to date. Kitchen fully stocked with appliances, utensils, etc. And the views are just incredible. Close to everything in Wailea. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location...AMAZING sunsets

We had a great stay here in February. The sunset views were spectacular. The bay was also filled with humpback whales which locals informed us is common from Dec-March. Restaurants and breweries as well as shopping mall and beach are all walking distance and easy paths/sidewalks access. Snorkal Bobs is along your walk to beach, so pickup the cheap rental set (15) and walk to the beach in the AM (best snorkling time). The reef next to the beach is amazing and youll be swimming with beautiful coral, fish and sea turtles in minutes. Simply an unforgettable Maui experience.

FAVORITE place to stay in Maui

We loved our stay. This gave us everything we needed and more. Easy access, clean and comfy beds. Fully stocked kitchen, toiletries and beach gear. Not to mention the view!!! Best view in the complex. Neighbors are quiet and pleasant. Owners are responsive and pleasant. We have stayed in many places in Wailea and this one stole our hearts!! We will be back ❤️

Beautiful accommodations, owner has thought of everything you may need from stocked kitchen to thoughtful book selections. Gorgeous unit, great location. Our favorite VRBO to date. Also want to mention the caring management staff that reached out to us personally to check on our safety as the Maui wildfires began in the middle of our stay, as well as being very willing to help extend our stay if necessary should we be unable to get out on our flight. Top notch across the board!

Best view of any condo we have stayed in in Maui

Very quiet. Mostly elderly. Pool was a bit of a walk. Beautiful view of Grand Wailea hotel. Nice whale watching. Nice condo. Best for 2 couples as bathrooms are off bedrooms. Rooms are kind of small but lanai is large. Great place. Close to everything. Not really walking distance to the beach unless you’re in great shape.

Great getaway

Lovely place with an excellent view of the ocean and nice pools. Though doable, it is a bit far to walk down to the beach and the hike back is uphill. There are beach chairs and umbrellas. It is only a short drive to public beach parking and excellent snorkeling. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal and to use the outside grills. The second bedroom and bathroom allow the same privacy as the master bedroom and bath.
