Cozy 2 BR House w/ Patio in Azenhas do Mar

Our quirky little house is located by the roadside of Azenhas do Mar, an iconic picturesque ocean village, only 10 minute drive away from Sintra, the fairytale town part of Unesco Heritage.
This 2 bedroom house, with spacious patio and just a few minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean, is perfect for adventurers and travellers with friends, kids, pets and surf boards.

The closeness to some of the most beautiful beaches of Portugal (Praia Grande, Praia da Adraga) and also to Lisbon and Sintra turns Azenhas do Mar into the perfect spot for your holidays. Besides the picturesque views and fresh ocean breeze, the little village has also some comfort to offer with its restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. Not to mention the natural ocean pool.

Our holiday home is located just a few minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean (beach & viewpoints) and right in the beginning of popular walking-jogging track (2,3km) through pine trees of Janas village.

This house has two small bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The house has also a spacious sun-filled terrace where a BBQ is a must!

Both of the bedrooms have a double bed (160cm x 200cm). There is also possibility to set up a sofa-bed in the living room. All guests are provided with bedlinen and shower towels.

* While the house can accommodate up to 6 people - it is not suitable for 6 adults (!!). We have opened up this capacity keeping mind families with kids.
* Baby equipment (baby cot & high chair) is available upon request (free).
* No washing machine - self-service laundry available in the village & laundry/dry-cleaning service in Janas village (2km)
* Transfer from the airport can be arranged (for extra fee).
* WiFi all over the house
* Cable TV in the living room
* Parking available on the streets of the neighbourhood
* In accordance with Portuguese laws all guests have to present their ID/Passport info for check-in (including babies and children. NB! Although without SEF obligation, all Portuguese residents wanting to stay in our house have to similarly present their ID information for check-in.
* Please note that from the 1st of March 2019 a Sintra Municipal Tourist Tax of EUR 1 per person per night is not included in the total price and should be paid apart. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 3€ (3 nights) per guest. (ATT: currently the tax is suspended)
* In case you travel with a pet (dogs only), please make sure to inform us in advance and respect the extra fee set -30€ per pet per stay.
* Our house is located one a roadside, so you do hear some cars passing by (mixed with singing birds). In case you are very sensitive to noise, then this house might not be the best choice for you.
