Relax in private back yard with deck, grill and fire pit after spending your day at the beach. 1 mile from 7 miles of sandy beach on Atlantic Ocean. Close to mini golf and golf courses. Short walk to several restaurants, liquor store and convenience stores. 5 minutes from I-95. 5 minutes from Amtrack station. 5 minute drive to Palace Playland beach front amusement park. 5 minutes from Funtown Splashtown. Shop and dine at Portland's Old Port only 15-minute drive. 8 minutes to historic downtown Biddeford shopping and restaurants. 25 minutes to Kennebunkport.

Very cute place

What a wonderful little cottage. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and it’s 5 minutes away from the beach. Peter was so quick to respond to me as well. What a wonderful host.

Geat Vacation in Old Orchard Beach

We had a great time in OOB. The house is just awesome and very confortable for all six of us. Looks recently renovated and well maintained. Great and quiet location, not far from the beautiful beaches, and far enough from the city center and its crowd. Great communications with Pete the owner. No concerns and I highly recommend!

Quiet and cozy

Location is perfect! The street was quiet, and we were so close to everything we wanted to do! The owner was super sweet, and the cottage was very clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable and there was enough room for all seven of us, and plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. The listing says there are no smoke detectors listed, but there are smoke detectors :) and a Keurig coffee maker. This was just like being home, and we would happily stay here again.

Weekend away in July

The property itself was nice and in a nice location. There was no communication from the host. No welcome letter, no access to wifi, and I was unable to get in touch with the host thru email or message. I will most likely book elsewhere in the future.

Séjour agréable

Un séjour agréable! L'endroit est bien situé, parfait pour se rendre à la plage à velo ( 1 miles environ par temple street). Le propriétaire répond rapidement en cas de problème. Le quartier est calme et agréable. Nous n'avons pas trouvé de sèchoir ou de spa. La propreté est vraiment le point à améliorer.

Great place!

Such a nice property! Clean, well kept and close to several stores/restaurants/beaches. The fully fenced in backyard was amazing to have with young kids.
