The first floor of this home offers an open floor plan with a kitchen, dinning area, and living room, full bath with bathtub, sunporch and washer & dryer.

The second floor offers three bedrooms full bath and an exterior deck.
Gas grill and outside shower also available.

Sleeps 7 in bedrooms, parking for two cars or one big truck.
Free on street parking when available
Walk to Playland Amusement Park The Pier and all OOB has to offer.

Great place to stay!

Fantastic communication from the owners. Place was immaculate and had everything we needed and then some. Perfect location to the beach and town. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great location and clean house

The property was easy to access. The hosts were responsive to our texts and calls. The house was clean and has all the amenities we needed. The location was great and was very walkable to a beautiful beach.

Great place

Very short walk to the beach (1 block). About 1 mile from the peer so beach is less crowded but relatively easy walk to rides, stores, arcade, etc. The place was clean and comfortable. We had a great week.

Great place close to the beach

Wonderful place in beautiful Ocean Park. Close to the small village of Ocean Park with ice cream shop, shuffleboard courts, and general store with the best cinnamon buns. Great AC in the house during a hot week. Washer and dryer were a big plus! Clean and welcoming.

Pavia house

Overall, a great place to stay. Nearness to beach, awesome sun deck and downstairs full bath was nice. Twin bed room was tight and could use different bed frames that are smaller. Lots of stubbed toes.

Beach trip

Very clean, nice house. No real check in info but the owner was available and responded quickly. Very laid back atmosphere. Busy street as the house sits on the corner of a main road but by no means a dealbreaker. Highly recommend this property, it is really only 3 minutes from the beach! The weather didn’t cooperate during our visit, but then we’re from Texas so what may have been nice weather for locals, was cold for us. We very much enjoyed sunning on the upper deck. Also enjoyed the closed in porch. Chairs and a wagon were provided to make the trip to the beach more enjoyable. Many thanks to Kim and Russell for an enjoyable visit.

Thus guests came in very late . She called me very upset about things out of my control. I tried my very best to work with her but she left within the hour. I WILL ALWAYS do everything I can for my guests. I drove 2 1/2 hours to flip the switch on the electric box for her but she was furious. Fuses sometime blow, again I will Always work with my guests
