Newly Renovated Condo

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this recently completely renovated oceanfront condo at The Oceans! Located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, this spacious two bedroom, two bath condo has a spectacular oceanfront view with two private balconies on the 8th floor.

Your kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, small kitchen appliances and cookware. There is also a kitchen table and chairs in addition to barstools at the bar.

Stay in the large ocean front master bedroom with its own balcony, a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a bathroom with 2 sinks. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds with a flat screen TV and a full bath.

Gather round the large screen TV (sofa has queen bed) in the living room where you can also look out over the balcony and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the condo. Both bedrooms have flat screen tv’s that include internet for watching movies from your favorite streaming app.

Take the elevator downstairs and stroll across the beach and be sure to visit the nearby Cherry Grove Pier on your walk. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool on the 4th floor where a clubhouse, large laundry room, and lounge area with complimentary Wi-Fi is also available. Walk over to visit local shops and restaurants, which include a grocery store with a bakery, deli, swimwear clothing, beach games and accessories…even a hardware store.

Drive north to eat at the famous Calabash restaurants and shops or drive south to equally famous Murrel’s Inlet. Great shopping awaits at Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlet or take the family to a family style dinner and show at Carolina Opry or Alabama Theater. Kids will appreciate a visit to miniature golf courses, Ripley’s Aquarium, ice cream shops, K1 Speed indoor Go-Kart Track and movies at the mall. Enjoy multiple golf courses, parasailing, and bike rentals also.

Monthly renters are welcome November thru February. A $250.00 security deposit, signed rental agreement, and picture of current driver’s license are required.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The condo was very clean and welcoming. We had amazing views from both balconies. Everyone we met was kind and very helpful. Weather was great, also! We spent our mornings and days on the beach and evenings shopping and dining and soaking up the “local experience.” Overall, it was a very enjoyable vacation!

Great times with a great view

First trip I ever booked out of my home state and was definitely pleased with everything. Rooms were very well cleaned. Kitchen was too notch! And can’t go wrong with the view from the balcony! Paradise!

We stayed there for our honeymoon and had a great time! Everything was clean, new, and we felt like it was a safe location. You cannot beat these views. The location was awesome. Hosts were wonderful!

Great moms getaway

Four friends enjoyed a week at the condo. Spacious, well appointed and clean. We enjoyed the renovated decor and century of the condo. I recommend bringing a roll of quarters for laundry.

Beautiful Property

My wife and I had a wonderful time. The condo was well maintained and beautifully updated. We will be back to stay in again. Tom was very responsive and helpful and by far I think one of the best VRBO managers/owners I've dealt with.

Great condo

Family had a fabulous time! This was our second time staying in this unit owned by Tim and Pam. These owners and their properties don’t disappoint. Beautiful condo, really nicely decorated and very clean. We will return and I highly recommend selecting this unit.

Book the trip!!

We traveled to Myrtle Beach for my daughters softball tournament. Booking with Tim & Pam was the best decision we made. The condo is beautiful, it was very clean, updated and modern. We felt right at home with all of the space and accommodations, not to mention the incredible ocean views. We’ll be coming back for sure!!

Definitely staying again!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Better than pictured! It was super clean and had those little extras such as hand soap and tissues that you may have forgotten to pack. It was in an amazing location and the beach was not crowded! There was room for our young kids to play on the beach and run around without bothering anyone! Parking was easy and the elevators were fast. Communication was efficient and thoughtful! We will definitely be staying here again!

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I booked Tim and Pam's beautiful property for three nights to attend a wedding. Everything was perfect! The condo was clean and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the two private balconies. The parking lot across the street was much appreciated as we drove our 2500 Ram truck that wouldn't fit in the parking deck. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property. We look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely but lacks attention to some details

The cabin was very nice and for the most part well maintained, but certain details missing. The bedroom and kitchen screens/ windows were very dirty. The sliders were clean though. Also a pipe was broken at the outside shower. Management states they were not aware. Kitchen only had one wine glass and when we asked for another, the response was that someone must have broken the other?? This is not a cheap rental, so that was not a good response. The property and view is pretty, but management needs to up their game.

Wonderful condo/ great location

We had a great week at Pam and Tim's condo. The condo is very spacious and clean. My mother in law loved the decor throughout the condo and spending mornings out on the balcony enjoying her tea and the sounds of the waves-doesnt get better than that. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed and I have to say the master bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a condo ever.I loved the location of this condo. Easy to drive to. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, and the market for donuts or breakfast. Easy beach access with a ramp. And in the peak of the season the beach never seemed overly crowded. 10/10 we highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Wonderful views and great interior

The experience was great at the Oceans #806! We were there off season for a wedding so the parking was plentiful. Access to the building and room was easy. Our ocean facing unit was great for coffee on the outside deck and the interior looked like it had just been painted. The decor appeared to be new, beach perfect, and comfortable. We had everything we needed right there. Multiple grocery stores within 10 minutes. We will try to get this unit the next time we visit MB.
