My career in Real Estate and Construction began in Shelby Township Michigan when I started working for a Custom Home Builder at the age of 18. At that time in 1990, I became a Licensed Realtor in Michigan, & in 2014 I became licensed in Florida. In the past 31 years, I have had the pleasure to work in all areas of the industry giving me a vast range of experience outside of the average Realtor Role. In the beginning of my career at Nino Homes, I managed new construction sales & the process for building custom single-family homes. I was also responsible for overseeing rentals of the company’s two apartment communities, over 150 units each. I worked for Pulte Homes at the National Level, and a local building supply company. As an Independent Real Estate Investor, I have owned & operated several annual and seasonal rental properties in Florida & Tennessee. I have also flipped homes in Michigan, Florida, and Tennessee, as well as designed and built several homes myself. My array of experience has given me a proven track record of success at acquiring single family homes sight unseen across multiple states, & generating extraordinarily high returns for myself and my clients on investment properties. Currently I reside in Michigan, manage one rental property that I own in Bonita Springs, & cover Michigan & Florida Real Estate Sales.
