The spacious pool villa in Bonita Springs’ exclusive residential area “Vanderbilt Lakes“ offers with 2 equipped bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 240 sqm room and privacy for up to 4 people. You can enjoy Florida’s sunshine on the spacious sun deck with pool and in the 1500 sqm tropical garden bordering the lake. Pool and terrace have an access from the kitchen / breakfast area and the master bedroom. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has an entertainment system, Home Security System - Cams, 1 flat screen TVs, a washing machine and dryer, a completely equipped kitchen and even deck chairs and a canoe (to travel on the lake) and therefore offers many conveniences to make your holiday an unforgettable event! In only a few minutes by car you can reach the long, flat, white beaches of the Gulf coast as well as the city centres of Naples and Fort Myers. You can play golf on one of the more than 90 golf courses in the region.

Notes about Bonita Springs: Bonita Springs is located in the southern part of the coast of Gulf of Mexico in Florida.
About 140miles south of Tampa, between Fort Myers in the north and
Naples in the south.
The Bonita Springs area including the beaches
underwent an enormous change during the nineties, from the sleepy
hamlet being a refuelling stop between Fort Myers and Naples
to the flourishing tourist centre with condominiums and
shopping centres. Visitors of Bonita Springs have numerous possibilities
by using the beach access points at the Hickory Boulevard to park
directly by the beach and of course to enjoy the still natural sandy beach and the
Gulf of Mexico.
A trip to Bonita Springs cannot miss a visit to Barefoot Beach

nature. More inland you find natural rivers courses

Ett kanonställe att hyra perfekt läge i SW Florid

Helt perfekt hus att hyra jätte fint och stort vi var 6 vuxna personer som hade 3 veckor i värmen i juli -15 huset har allt perfekt att grilla vid poolen på kvällarna eller ta cykeln till beachen 10 min bort allt annat finns inom 1 timme bort om man vill göra utflykter. rekomenderas att hyra och vi återkommer troligtvis då området kring Bonita /Naples är det bästa i SW Florida Håkan/Carina /stefan /Anne /Anders /Gunilla Degerfors sverige..

Perfekter Urlaub, perfekte Villa !!! TOP !!

Im September verbrachten wir ( 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kids (2 und 11) zwei traumhafte Woche in Bonita in der Villa Vanderbilt. Schon im Vorfeld wurden wir sehr gut "betreut" und beraten seitens der Familie und der Hausverwalter. Vor Ort fanden wir dann alles genauso bzw. besser vor, als wir es uns vorgestellt haben bzw. als die Fotos es aussagten.....Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, die Ausstattung ist super und selbst Spielzeug und Poolutensilien für die Kids waren vorhanden. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt, der Poolboy und der Gärtner kamen regelmäßig. Auch die beiden dt. Hausverwalter waren sehr nett und haben sich gut gekümmert, auch hier gab es überhaupt keine Probleme. Die Kinder waren am liebsten am Pool- das Haus ist sehr gut klimatisiert, also Wohlfühlfaktor top!! Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön, Supermarkt, Shopping Malls, Restaurants, Cafes etc alles in guter Nähe und mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir waren schon mehrmals in Florida, aber erstmals in einem Ferienhaus und waren vorher etwas skeptisch, aber nun haben wir uns entschlossen spätestens 2016 wieder in der Villa Vanderbild unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Wie immer super!

Dies war das 3. Mal für uns in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Hat hat mal wieder alles gepasst. Für einen perfekten Urlaub hält das Ferienhaus keine Wünsche offen. Traumhafter Urlaub mit unserer kleinen Tochter

Das Haus ist ist einfach traumhaft. Sehr großzügig, hell mit einer schönen Aussenanlage und Pool in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Es ist zentral gelegen, was die Anreise zum Strand und Shoppen günstig gestaltet. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist nett und hilfsbereit. Die Besitzer haben groißzügigerweise extra für uns auch noch ein Kinderbett angeschaft und der Pool konnte mit einem flexiblen, kindersicheren Zaun versehen werden. Erholung pur...

Wir durften drei Wochen in dieser schönen und exklusiven Villa "Vanderbilt Lakes" verbringen. Dieses Haus ist einfach spitze! Es ist absolut ruhig, am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen und hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den See (in dem auch Schildkörten wohnen). Es liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Gegend, ist geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Es war sauber und wirklich genau so, wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Das Master-Bedroom Badezimmer ist riesig und der Ankleideraum der Traum einer jeden Frau. Am Poolbereich befindet sich ausser einem Tisch mit 6 Essplätzen auch eine gedeckte Lounge, die es möglich macht auch im Regen draussen zu sitzen. Die abendlichen Spaziergänge oder Velotouren durch das Quartier vermissen wir jetzt schon. Dabei haben wir Eichhörnchen, Kaninchen und sogar ein Gürteltier gesichtet. Wir konnten hier wirklich entspannen und haben jeden Tag genossen. Herzlichen Dank auch an die sympathische Betreuung der beiden Herren vor Ort. Beautiful house in lovely neighbourhood

This house is just as lovely as it looks on the website. The Vanderbilt Lakes community has a really nice feel to it and this house has one of the best plots in the estate. The house is nicely decorated and everything is new and in good condition so you can settle in and feel really at home. The house is really quiet and is ideally placed for getting to all the best beaches in the area. I have rented many properties in the gulf coast of Florida and this one is definitely the best so far! I can guarantee if you are lucky enough to find a free week available for rental you will not be disappointed.

Best house in bonita springs

The house was Beautiful that we felt like we were at home. This is the first house that we really loved and we have been vacationing in Florida for 5 yrs. There was so much to do we found a really nice place called the Blue Martini they had great Martinis and good food and live entertainment. Familie B. Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame Ferienwochen in Ihrem sehr gepflegten und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Es fehlte uns an nichts, die Ausstattung war perfekt. Der Pool und der Blick auf den See genial um sich zu erholen. Durch die deutsche Hausverwaltung waren wir bestens betreut. Truely a dream villa

We have spent a week in the Vanderbuilt Lakes Villa. The bed rooms and the living room are very elegantly furbished, the kitchen is equipped with everything a family could potentially need, the bathroom is huge and has as a small wirl-pool, and the absolute highlight is surely the outdoor pool and it's nice view directly on one of the lakes. Imortant to mention is that everything is clean and well-kept (no dirt, no bugs, no mosquitos etc). Shortly after we had arrieved someone turned up to do a check in on to explain us what we needed to know about the house (this was helpful). The house and the entire location "Vanderbuilt - Lakes" is absolutely breathtaking, further the contact to the owners Katrin & Lothar was very friendly. All in all, highl recommendable. Total begeistert, es ist unglaublich schön hier.

Wir sind im Haus angekommen und waren total begeistert, es ist unglaublich hier. Das Haus, die Umgebung, der See alles perfekt. Die Beschreibung des Objektes bezüglich Lage, Ausstattung usw. wurde noch übertroffen. Alles ist top gepflegt, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Erholung pur - so soll Urlaub sein

In dieser großzügigen, herrlich ruhig gelegenen Villa fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Sowohl die Wohn- und Schlafräume als auch die Bäder und die Küche sind perfekt ausgestattet und top gepflegt. Terrasse und Pool runden das geschmackvolle Ambiente ab. Aufgrund der idealen Lage hat man es ganz nah zu traumhaften naturbelassenen Stränden oder man fährt in nahegelegene Shoppingcenter oder nach Naples, was ebenfalls schnell erreichbar ist. Vor Ort stehen einem bei Bedarf die freundlichen Hausverwalter mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war ausschließlich positiv. Wer einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ambiente mit Wohlfühlcharakter verbringen möchte, wird dort genau das finden,was er sucht. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen.

Traumhaft schön

Das Haus ist noch schöner, als schon auf den Bildern zusehen. Es liegt herrlich ruhig, verbunden mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Viele verschiedene Strände kann man innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichen. Alles ist vorhanden, man benötigt nur noch die Sonnencreme. Sehr nette Vermieter, die einen sehr,sehr guten hilfsbereiten Hausverwalter beauftrag haben, der u.a in deutsch alles erklärt.

Wij hebben begin mei 2011 twee weken vertoefd in deze heerlijke villa gelegen aan Vanderbilt Lake. De villa is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien en alle ruimten bevinden zich gelijkvloers. Het zwembad is groot genoeg en de lanai(serre met in plaats van ruiten een soort van fijnmazig gaas) zorgt er voor dat er geen muggen of ander ongedierte kunnen binnenkomen. De afstand naar Naples is een autokwartiertje. Restaurants zijn er in overvloed. Wij als golfliefhebbers konden in de directe omgeving ons hart ophalen. Kortom ik kan iedereen deze villa aanbevelen zeker gezien de prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Vijf sterren. At the start of may 2011 we booked a 2 week vacation and stayed at the lovely villa located at the Vanderbilt Lake. The villa has all the conveniences included and all the rooms are on ground level. The swimming pool was big enough for the 4 of us and the water was lovely. The lanai (an open porch covered with a finely threaded transparent wire netting) keeps the bugs and other unwanted insects out. The distance to Napels is a short 15 min drive and there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. As fanatic golfers we can honestly say the environment had everything to one's heart's content. All in all we can recommend this villa to everyone and we give the villa a 5 star rating according to the price/quality combination and our personal experiences.

Haus war Spitze !!

Wir 4 Erw. 1 Kleinkind,haben 3 traumhafte Wochen in der Villa Vanderbilt-Lakes verbracht.Von der wundervollen ruhigen Lage ,bis zum gepflegten und liebevoll eingerichteten Gesamtobjekt , ist das Haus absolut spitze.Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet,es fehlt an nichts.Die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge am Pool mit Blick auf den See waren beeindruckend. Vorbildlich ist der Poolbereich , umgeben von einem bei Bedarf abnehmbaren Screen.So konnten wir unsere kleine Enkelin gefahrenlos laufen lassen. Die Eigentümer des Hauses,sowie die Betreuung vor Ort sind sehr freundlich,hilfsbereit und absolut zuverlässig. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Traum unter der Sonne Floridas

Wir hatten dieses Haus auf Grund persönlicher Empfehlungen ausgesucht und alle unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Als wir ( 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind ) nach einer anstrengenden Rundreise ankamen, waren wir restlos begeistert. Bis zum traumhaft schönen „Barefoot – Beach“ waren es mit dem Auto lediglich ca. 3 Minuten. Das großzügige Haus ( 240 qm Wohnfläche ) in der exklusiven und bewachten Villensiedlung “Vanderbilt Lakes“, lag am Ende einer Sackgasse direkt am See und war absolut ruhig gelegen. Innerhalb 5-10 Fahrminuten gab es mehrere Supermärkte (Walmart, Publix), Restaurants, Post, Apotheke etc. Das gesamte Haus und der Außenbereich waren sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet mit schönem und genügend Geschirr, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner. In den Schlafzimmern gab es Wäscheschränke mit allen Arten von Handtücher, Badelaken, Strandlaken und Ersatzbettwäsche. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Im Master – Bedroom, Wohnzimmer und sogar im Fitnessbereich in der Garage gab es einen Flachbild -Fernseher . Die Klimaanlage arbeitete in allen Räumen perfekt und lautlos. Das Highlight war jedoch der Pool, die 3 Sitzecken draußen und das Kanu zum Befahren des Sees. Stundenlang wurde im Pool oder einfach nur auf den Liegen, relaxt. Und da alles gegen Insekten geschützt war konnten wir auch abends beim Grillen noch lange draußen sitzen. Für den Strand waren Strandstühle, Matten und Sonnenschirme da. Die Buchung und Hausübergabe hat problemlos geklappt und kurz nach unserer Ankunft zuhause wurde uns schon die Kaution zurück überwiesen. An dieser Stelle herzlichen Dank an Katrin und Lothar für den wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Traumdomizil. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert

Wunderschöne Villa für den perfekten Urlaub

Die wunderschöne Villa befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen – bewachten Wohngebiet direkt an den Vanderbilt - Lakes und ist nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Sie bot für uns, 4 Personen, ausreichend Platz und besticht durch ihre Großzügigkeit.und Ausstattung. Die Beschreibung der Villa sowie die Bewertungen sind richtig wiedergegeben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Publix, Wal Mart, etc.) sowie Restaurants befinden sich in nächster Nähe. Unsere Auswahl dieser Villa geschah auf persönliche Empfehlung, zum anderen zeigten sich die Vermieter, sehr flexibel, was unsere Buchungswünsche anging. Unsere Erwartungshaltung an das Haus war durchaus groß und dennoch waren wir positiv überrascht, als wir zum ersten Mal eintraten. Großzügige Wohnräume, eine in allen Punkten ausreichende Ausstattung, ein wunderbarer Swimmingpool mit Pooldeck etc. Zum weitläufigen Strand „Barefoot – Beach“ waren es nur wenige Autominuten. Überrascht darf man vom Strand sein, weil er nicht durch Hotels und Restaurants verbaut ist. Auch die Zahl der Badegäste ist überschaubar. Muschelsucher kommen an den ausgedehnten und ruhigen Stränden voll auf ihre Kosten und man muß deswegen nicht unbedingt zum viel gepriesenen Sanibel Island fahren. Erwähnen möchten wir die Hilfsbereitschaft durch die Hausverwaltung und den perfekten Pool- und Gartenservice. Zusammengefasst fühlten wir uns in den 2 Wochen sehr wohl und hatten immer das Gefühl, die richtige Wahl des Urlaubsdomizils getroffen zu haben. Gerne können wir die Villa weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful house in fantastic location

My husband and I spent almost two weeks in July in the "Villa Vanderbilt". As we travel a lot - both privat and business, we definitively have a lot of comparisons. Villa Vanderbilt is an excellent combination of luxury, relaxation & nature. The location is perfect - directly at the nice Vanderbilt Lake, and only a few minutes by car away from spectecular beaches. The villa is very well equipped, the pool area offers a lot of space & the sunsets at the lake are gorgeous. The owners, as well as the housekeeping lady - Rosi - are very reliable, friendly & attentive people. We would highly recommend Villa Vanderbilt to everyone who is looking for an unforgettable experience & holiday in the sunshine state.

Peacefull, relaxing, spacious!

What a wonderfull house. Location is perfect, at the waterfront, pool in front of the bedroom and living. The terras at the pool. A real holiday! Also the house inside has everything you can think of. Nice furniture, beautyfull colors, clean, spacious. I really hope to visit Florida again and if i will, i will certainly book this house again. Awesome Relaxing Quiet

I can't say enough about this home. It's clean, it's got an awesome screened in pool in the backyard and is only 15 minutes from Naples. The kitchen appliances appeared to be new and upgraded, there is a high efficiency washer/dryer, the Flat Screen TV's were good quality, the lanai also has a gas grill and outdoor lounge as well as tables and chairs. Even the pots were high quality. I felt like I was home. It was the pefect place for us to go and have a relaxing vacation! I highly recommend this home for rental. This home is pet friendly. Although the owner is in Germany, a very nice accomodating manager handles the property locally. The pool is serviced, the lawn and garden is maintained. the house is kept clean, it's a nice quiet gated community. I hope to go back again! I received my security deposit back in a timely manner. The only thing I would add is a radio for the pool area. I had to use my laptop to listen to music while outside and wasn't prepared with speakers. Otherwise, my vacation here was a perfect 10!!
