Perfect two bedroom getaway!

The condo is so tastefully done, beautiful kitchen and so comfortable to be in! The owners are warm and friendly to communicate with. The warmth transfers to this little abode as well. We had a great time!

Relaxing Getaway

This cozy beach house was perfect! It had everything we needed, decorated nicely, very comfortable, and located right across the street from a beach access. Great porch seating and two outdoor eating areas. We loved our visit and this adorable beach cottage.

Perfect Place in the Sun

Can not complain about anything. Perfect location, beach across the street is wonderful. Not crowded at all ( we were there 3 rd week of July.) plenty of space and pool in back is a great bonus. My family loved it as much as the ocean. Easy to find. Thank you for sharing your Place in the Sun!

A Short Trip To Paradise

We truly enjoyed our short trip to St George Island. This rental unit was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well equipped and large enough to prepare dinner for the family. The location was just steps from the beach. We actually had to walk farther to the beach from the parking spot in the State Park than from the rental. Very pleasant stay and we would love to visit and stay here again.

St George island getaway

The unit was ver nicely decorated and very clean. I loved the big picture windows in the front and all the outside seating. The only down side was the unit upstairs being very loud and stomping all night. It also rained 2. 5 days out of the 5 we were there. Would recommend to my friends and would love to go back myself.

SGI FIRST TIMERS!

Our visit to SGI was for a family reunion. Our rental was great. Easy to locate on the island. Very clean and nicely decorated. We were so busy we never even used the pool! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property

The listing was a little confusing because i didnt realize it was 4 units in one house wgen i booked but overall happy with my stay. House was clean and well kept. Pool was so nice especially with kids. Not a hard walk to beach. Would book again

Just as Pictured

Absolutely Adorable !! Furnishings are leather which makes it wonderful !! very clean looking !! No hesitancy to “ sit on them” the decor is so beachy just as it should be! Pots pans everything clean !! never hesitated to use. I highly recommend this beach cottage. Would love to have one more bath, but totally understand why there isn’t. It would take adding onto the back there was not one complaint not one negative thing to say about using anything there are Dogs allowed upstairs and ours you could tell was a 70 pound plus but sure did not affect our stay … thought laundry outside would be a problem but emasculate and never not available ! I used around 7 in the am … this beautiful place I highly recommend! Especially for a couple

A perfect spring getaway!

We've spent 2 weeks in the adorable beach house. It is very well appointed inside. The kitchen is both beautiful and functional. A walk across the street brings you to the gulf coast shore. We spent time in the pool in the backyard. A 20 minute walk brings you to the city center and it's just a short bike ride to the State Park. We appreciated how clean, quiet and outdoor friendly this cottage is.

A place in the sun

so relaxing! You can hear the waves and see the ocean from the front door. The beach was great. The town is super chill, everyone is nice.

Comfy

Very comfortable. Nicely updated. Short easy walk to beach. Unfortunately the weather was cloudy and cool the week we were there. So, we didn’t get in the pool or the gulf. Only minor complaint was the shared laundry shed needs updated and a clothes rod.
