Cottage #2 Fisherman's Landing / 1-Bed Fishing Cottage w/Covered Boat Shelter"

Fisherman's Landing Cottage #2 ~located right off of AL Highway 67 in Langston, AL less than 1 mile from one the nicest boat launches (South Sauty Creek) around on Lake Guntersville.

Come and sit on the porch to start your day with coffee and listen to the birds. Coming to Guntersville to fish, hunt, hike, see the bald eagles, or just relax and unplug? This is the place for you.

Our cozy cottage has 456 square feet that takes you back to simpler times. It is equipped with 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) and 1 full size bathroom that sleep up to 2 adults. You'll have your very own kitchen, full size washer and dryer, and living room to relax and watch tv.

We now have wifi for your convenience.

You'll also have a 16' x 36' covered shelter to park your vehicle or your boat. It is equipped with lights and electrical and water hook ups.

You'll have access to the Fisherman's Landing pavilion where you can hang out and relax or enjoy your dinner on at one of our picnic tables. You will also be able to use our fish cleaning station while staying with us.

What we provide: We provide all bed linens and towels for you during your stay. We also provide you with a basic starter set of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, trash bag, and laundry detergent. If you are staying for multiple day you will want to bring some extra supplies with you.

Needed a break

The tiny house was cute and roomy. The only downside was it was 20min from any store or restaurants due to the time of year. Seems to be a big fishing community. Can’t wait to come back.

Great Quick Stay

Did a quick stay so I could see friends. I enjoyed my stay. Even cooked here. Great hot shower, WiFi, and satellite TV. Comfortable air during the day and heat during the cold nights.

Great location for fishing.

The place was for a fishing trip. Easy pull through cover over patio that can accommodate your car and boat.

QUIET LOCATION

It was very quite except for the tornado warning and strong winds. Was not excepting bad weather. Place was clean and we enjoyed our stay.It was a little musty smell but other than that it was good.thank you

Very close to a nice boat ramp.

We just came in for a short stay. This property is very close to a campground that offers use of the boat ramp. The owners were super at communicating.

Quaint and quiet

The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed as far as towels, washcloths, dishes, etc. the only downfall was there was no view of the lake.

Great Feb. get-away down south.....

The property is clean and in a good location. It was quiet and caters to guests that like to take advantage of Guntersville Lake fishing. I have stayed there before, and definitely stay again when I am in the area.

Nice spot

Went up to Lake Guntersville and stayed at this place. Covered pull through carport for the boat. Ice machine and near a boat launch. The cafe around the corner has good burgers too.

Second time

My wife and I made our second visit to this same VRBO unit this year. The first was an eight day stay this past summer. The latter was a recent 3 day stay. The first was vacation. The second was a visit to the home we purchased close by with a move in date of around Christmas time. The recent stay actually verified our desires and reviews. The unit was better maintained than the first, although the eight day stay was satisfactory.
