Welcome to The Old Dairy, one of the original dairies to Brenham, the home of Blue Bell Ice Cream. Tucked away in an ideal spot with convenient access to both Round Top and historic downtown Brenham, The Old Dairy feels like a world away. Soak in the simple charms of our quiet small town farm.

Tucked away in an ideal spot with convenient access to both Round Top and historic downtown Brenham, The Old Dairy feels like a world away.
Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire home and backyard complete with a fire ring, two porches with rocking chairs and bbq area with grill.
Other things to note
Feel free to grill on the fire ring grill.
This Spring Will Stay Here Again will be hosting The Ranch Road Show at The Old Dairy (one of our Bnbs) 7-9pm every Friday. If you book any of our properties you are invited free of charge to come enjoy the concert. Please visit willstayhereagaindotcom for more details.

We're Clover and Rachel Carroll. We have several bnbs in Washington county. You can find them all at willstayhereagain.com. We We've lived in Washington county for over 20 years and have seen it blossom into a beautiful destination town just an hour from Houston and Austin. We’ve worn many hats throughout the years. We were professional musicians in the band Back At The Ranch and writers for Texas Live Magazine where we wrote about Texas history and cool, off the beaten path, things to go, do, and see in Texas. We also produced and hosted a Texas travel show called “Down The Road”. You might see some of our stories and music at one of our bnbs. We hope you enjoy your stay and promise to give you a 5 star experience.

The Old Dairy was one of the original dairies that provided milk for the town of Brenham in the early 1900s. Tucked away in an ideal spot with convenient access to both Round Top and historic downtown Brenham, The Old Dairy feels like a world away. Soak in the simple charms of our quiet small town farm.

The Old Dairy is a small farm experience. It has rabbits, chickens, and garden. Feel free to help yourself to fresh herbs from the garden. The backyard is yours to enjoy. We have a fire pit, picnic table, and seasonal 10 ft x 30 inch pool to relax in (only in the summer).
