Cook like a chef in the chef inspired kitchen equipped with a commercial grade 6 burner gas stove. The expansive windows fill the gathering places with natural light that overlook the lush greenery it's surrounded with. Take a couple steps onto the deck we’re you can fully enjoy nature in the Backyard is fully fenced, very private, surrounded by trees. After a long day make your way down the stairs to unwind in the media room. Fully recharge after a day of adventure in a memory foam mattresses.
The space
The home sits perched on a hill it's emphasized in the gathering areas(living room, dining room, kitchen) with the walls filled with oversized windows that overlook the lush green property grounds. Chef kitchen is fully equipped with a premium 6 burner gas stove for all the best family recipes and to bring out the inner chef in you. Step into the deck with multiple seating areas to enjoy nature, big enough for the kids to run in or a morning workout. Down the stairs you make yourself to the media room with a oversized sectional that's comfy enough to binge watch all your favorite shows. Both bathrooms are equipped with with a spa shower set up 6 shower heads to refresh after a long day. All rooms have high quality memory foam mattresses and 100% cotton sheets to recharge after long day of exploring.
Guest access
Guests have access to entire home, backyard, front yard. Except garage space and hot tub is currently not in service.
Other things to note
Exterior cameras on property for party prevention, one exterior camera facing driveway and another exterior camera facing front entrance of home. Hot tub is currently not in service.

The house was really great for having a get away with lots of space to relax and entertain. The beds were really comfy and the back yard was beautiful- we even saw deer!

The floors and counters were sticky, no central air which is common in this area but only 2 of the 4 portable AC units worked. The hot tub was missing with exposed wires hanging out from the deck, one of the sinks in the bathroom had no cold water. The BBQ grill is missing at least one of the feet making it lean. The volume for the main floor living room had no audio no matter what we tried and the overall appearance of the exterior is very poor with weeds and blackberry bushes everywhere. for over 400 a night this was very over priced. All that being said this could be a very nice property if it were properly maintained as the yard is big, the home is large and a huge back deck to hang out on. The nicest feature of the whole home was the gas range and oven, this cooked food beautifully.

We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the ability for everyone to spread out comfortably. It was very quiet and comfortable and the walk to the lake park was very enjoyable.

The kitchen was clean and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Deck and bbq area was nice. House smelled like cigarettes and was very musty. Discovered a filthy stinky mop in the closet that was right by the front door. Soaked it in bleach to get the smell out Sprayed the carpets with air freshener everyday.. The dinning room table was falling apart. The dining room chairs were filthy and stained. Some of the pots and pans were not clean. One had a layer of grease on the bottom of it.There was a load of laundry in the washing machine and dryer. Both were wet. A washed comforter on a shelf that was still wet. Carpet was filthy. The toilet plunger was broken and falling apart. Not great when you had to unclog a toilet. One of the cold water faucets in the upstairs bathroom did not work. Enjoyed the walk to the lake.

We stayed for a second time and had a great time. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a great central location for a moms' getaway.

The house was great for 10 family members from across the U.S. to get together and visit with other family inb the Seattle area. The location was great and the house was very comfortable for everyone.

Great property and fantastic location

This property was ideally suited for our stay-cation. It was a short walk to the beach/park and the backyard was great for playing games and barbecuing. Home was clean and inviting. Thanks for hosting a great property.

Overnight getaway

We had a group of 4 friends and had a wonderful time at the house! Plenty of space inside and out. The bedrooms were all comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We plan on staying again!

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is beautiful and well kept. Everything was very clean. We loved the evenings on the back deck and the cool weather. Wish we had more time to stay longer. Would highly recommend!

Great home for a family

We enjoyed our stay at this Redmond home. It was very comfortable for extended family members with having two floors and two tv rooms. The kitchen is large, so it was easy for a few people to be in the kitchen together. We loved the large deck and the big backyard. The close by park with public beach was great.

The house was clean but had a terrible odor. In each room there was a box of product to reduce mustiness, but that did not work. So the owner clearly knew that there was a problem. We discovered that the air conditioner in the living room was defective and spilling water on the floor. Floorboards were ruined by water. The laundry room on the lower level stinked terribly, so I assume water from the AC had flowed down to the floor below. In addition there is no railing on the front steps, and one step is much taller than normal. Getting into and out of the house is very dangerous for an older person. There are other evidences that the house has not been maintained: a bathroom faucet that does not work; light switches that do not work. The backyard has an apple tree with hundreds of rotten apples on the ground. An earlier renter had left some of the rotten apples on the deck.When we arrived, we immediately looked for an alternative house for our family, but none were available on short notice.We were very disappointed with the house. It is a spacious house with many good features, but the smell and the dangerous front steps lead me to rate it as terrible.

Felt right at home

This house was very spacious, plenty of rooms! Kitchen was stacked with everything you would need for cooking. The host was very responsive and respectful in conversation - definitely recommend!

Great for a family reunion

We had a great family reunion at this property. Highlights were the spacious gathering places both upstairs and downstairs, the kitchen stocked with all the cooking tools and utensils you might need, and the luxury showers. Located within walking distance to Idylwood Park, which has beach access and a great playground. There's a very large backyard and patio at the house too, which are great for outdoor play. Will stay again if we're in the area.
