Ocean View 4BR/2.5BA beach home with stunning sunrises from the third-story deck. Just steps from the shore, enjoy two living rooms, a covered outdoor area with hot tub, ping pong, corn hole, and ample seating. Perfect for families or groups to spread out, relax, and soak in the sun, sand, and water. Your ideal coastal getaway!


We give guests space but we're never far away should there be any questions or concerns. Call, email or message us at anytime and we'll be happy to help.


Conveniently located just 5 to 10 minutes from everything in St. Augustine Beach and 15 minutes from Downtown St. Augustine.


Guests will have private access to the entire home minus a locked closet.


The primary suite, kitchen & main living room are on the 3rd floor. Everything else is on the 2nd floor.

Major upgrades just completed fall of 2024! Full exterior facelift including all new decks, door and windows, new covered outdoor recreation space complete with hot tub, seating area, corn hole and ping pong. New outdoor storage area filled with beach essentials (chairs, umbrella, cooler, cart for easy transport, etc). The interior got a refresh as well! Including all new furniture and decor in both living rooms and minor upgrades to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Must be at least 25 years old to book. Primary renter must be present during stay.

Pet Policy: Up to two dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150. Please let us know ahead of time if traveling with a pet.

Hurricane Season Disclaimer: Florida’s hurricane season runs June 1–November 30. Guests booking during this period accept the possibility of tropical weather, and we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that specifically covers weather related events. Our standard cancellation policy applies to weather concerns or forecasted storms unless the property is directly impacted by a qualifying severe weather event such as mandatory evacuation or extended power outages.

Birthday weekend

We stayed here to celebrate birthdays with our adult kids. This is a wonderful property, it had everything that we needed. Plenty of space for everyone, it’s perfect for adults and families, including furry family members. We look forward to staying here again.

Location is everything at this well maintained beautifully decorated beach home. Steps from the beach and easy access to st Augustine you will be happy to spend vacation time in this charmer

This is an ideal beach house for a family. The public beach is adjacent to the property. There are restaurants right down the street. Perfect stay!

Short walk to the beach

Perfect location, just a short walk to the beach! House was clean and offered tons of extras - beach towels, chairs. Loved the area and short ride to DT Saint Augustine.

Perfect place to stay!

The house is beautiful and loved being so close to the beach. The view from the upper deck is breathtaking. If you are a early bird you can see a beautiful sunrise right from the comfort of the house!

Great beach stay

House is very clean, stocked, and comfy. Beach is only a short walk (2 min). Location is just far away for privacy but close enough for groceries, restaurants, and all other needs and comforts. Only 20 minutes or so drive away from downtown St Augustine.

Fantastic stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at TropiCorner! The home was very clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was just a short distance to the boardwalk over to the beach, easy walk even for our little ones. The property managers were quick to respond to any questions we had and made the whole process super easy. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in St. Augustine!

family vacation

Nice house with great layout and location. Having the master bedroom on a different level than the other bedrooms and two living rooms made it easier for our older children to stay up later than us and feel like they had their own space.

Friends getaway

Myself and 4 friends stayed at this property for a five day getaway. The property was as described. Very spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect. Walkable to beach each morning and a short distance to historic St. Augustine. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Great week

We had a great week at TropiCorner. The house is lovely and very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the walk to the beach was short. The beach cart and chairs were a wonderful surprise. We would definitely recommend and book again.

Perfect family stay!

This house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It was a super convenient location to several restaurants and stores and only about 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. The house is even closer to the beach than the pictures make it seem, which was great for us with our small kids who require a lot of stuff to make a beach trip successful. We were so impressed at how well stocked the house was with essentials for cooking, even offering spices. We would definitely stay again!

Close to the beach

One of the reasons we chose this location was because we wanted to be close to the beach. It did not disappoint with only a short walk to the boardwalk and easy beach access. The view of the water from the top floor was nice as well. There was plenty of room for nine adults and an infant. The house was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable in all rooms. We loved going into Saint Augustine. There was history, great food, and beautiful sights. We would definitely stay again.

Calm before the storm!

Our family checked in on Sunday for a stay until Thursday. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian cut our vacation short by one day. However, we enjoyed the time we had there, spending all day Monday on the beach, which was just a short walk away with no streets to cross. The house was as advertised - very nice and clean! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-furnished. I would go there again.

Great Location would stay here again!

Loved this place, walking distance to the beach. So close we would go out in the morning. Come back to the house to make lunch, then walk back to the beach. House was nice and clean. Beautiful master bedroom upstairs and with the bedrooms downstairs and another living room adults could play games upstairs while kids slept downstairs. Amy was an excellent host. Very responsive to all my questions. I would stay here again. Also a beautiful Beach!
