1st Floor:

This home is perfect for multiple families. The 1st level has two bedrooms with king size beds and TVs. There is a workspace desk in one of the king bedrooms. 1 full shower bathroom, and a great room (living room, dining room, kitchen all open). The living space has a TV, dining table seats 9, kitchen island that seats 4, fully stocked kitchen, large sectional couch. The space also has a sliding glass door out to heated pool, spa, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining and lounge space.



2nd Floor:

The 2nd level has large Master bedroom with king size bed, TV, workspace with a desk, sliding door to cover deck access, and a full shower bathroom. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a full tub/shower combo bath. Spacious family room with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and two chairs that make out to twin beds. The family room also as double sliding doors to two covered decks.

- Sleeps 14 Guests (14 Guests Max allowed in the home at all times, no more than 10 adults)

This home is not for large gatherings or parties.

The exterior property is monitored by cameras. For privacy there are NO cameras inside the home or on the pool/spa area. Pool is heated to 85 Oct-April. This is a non smoking home & premise which includes back yard and front porch areas.

Golf carts are not included with the home rental. Optional 4-seat and 6-seat golf carts may be available for an additional fee through a separate third-party provider and must be booked separately.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Security deposit temporary Hold of $400 for any potential damages processed through vilano101

Quiet, clean, and updated beach house! Great place to have a gathering, the pool and hot tub were a nice touch after visiting the beach or coming back from a night out. I would highly recommend staying here, the price was very reasonable too!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is perfect for families with little ones, and we really appreciated the thoughtful safety features—like the optional door chime on the back door and the gate at the bottom of the stairs leading to the pool. The tanning shelf in the pool was ideal for the kids to play on, and it even has a spot for an umbrella, which was a great touch.The home itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed spending quiet moments on the balconies, especially on rainy days when we wanted to relax and still be outside.The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and having a golf cart made it easy to explore. We loved being able to ride over to the nearby restaurant within the community.The host is great & easy to reach! We enjoyed our stay so much that we were already talking about coming back before we even left. We’ve vacationed in St. Augustine many times, and this was by far our favorite visit.

Great family fun

The house is very nice and comfortable. We loved the pool and the beds are very comfortable. Close to the beach to walk, but for us we drove. We would stay again.

We loved this property! It was spacious and updated, plenty of towels and household products. The pool, spa, and outdoor shower were awesome, and it was in a great location. It was so easy to check-in and the property manager was great to work with!

We had a great time during our family birthday celebration. The location is perfect with the beach 3 blocks away and downtown 10 minutes aways by car. The house was so modern, clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and house was well stocked with towels, kitchen needs, and beach amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay -

Great set up for families - very well appointed in terms of beach supplies, pool supplies, kitchen equipment etc. Very comfortable - 4 blocks to the beach with a heated pool.

Great vacation home

We had the best time at this wonderful home! It’s within walking distance to the beach and so close to St. George Street with restaurants and shopping. The house had everything we could need and was really clean.

Stay in Vilano Beach

The property was perfect for a group of 8 guys to stay comfortably. There was ample parking so that we could trailer our boats. The inside was clean, the pool and hot tub were spectacular. Just a decent walk or short car ride from the beach

We truly enjoyed our stay at Vilano Bliss. It comfortably accommodated our group of 12. It provided enough space for us to do things together as a family as well as to have privacy. The check in process was extremely easy and Tamara was on top of everything. She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We loved having Publix and the coffee shop down the road. The beach is beautiful and the fishing pier was great! It was pretty cold the first few days of our stay, so the heated pool was a nice touch and much appreciated! The only thing we would change is to have a handrail added to the pool for older guest to be able to get in and out of the pool. Aside from that, it was a nice, quiet area and would would absolutely stay here again.

Wondering house!

Great updated home that had everything you needed (pool and beach toys, beach chairs, bath/beach towels, etc). Pool and spa were used daily and just a short walk to the beach. Close to great restaurants and grocery. Owner was quick to respond to all of our many questions.
