Come enjoy Utah in this remodeled bright basement apartment. The location is 30 min away from SLC Airport, 20 min from Little Cottonwood Canyon, and 10 min from Silicon Slopes.

If you’re here for work or travel you can enjoy brand new kitchen appliances, Roku TV w/ Netflix, and Disney Plus. This unit is kid-friendly, we have a playpen and a high chair.

We live above the unit with our three young boys so you may hear us occasionally; however, you will have your own private entrance and parking spot. Keyless entry and beautiful views to enjoy. The whole lower suite is for you.

The view. Wow, you have to stay for that! Big, garden level apartment. Yes, kid noises and footsteps above. Didn’t bother us at all because kids slept when we slept. But don’t stay if it would bother you. You do walk around to their back door on grass which is kinda cool especially once you see the view. Did I mention the view? We stayed for a last minute ski trip. Fair price and spacious. Clean and convenient. We would stay again!

Great communication with fast responses. The home was perfect and accommodated all of us with plenty of beds for all! Everything was comfortable and Clean! Very clean! The location was close to a walking trail that was a quick walk to a park to let the kids play. Convenient to the aquarium yet in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommend and will definitely stay the next time we are in the area!

Loved the view and location. Most of the facility was good but the bathroom needed some repairs, the front door was missing a shade and one of the bedrooms smoke detector had a missing battery and cover.

The space was perfect for us and the views did not disappoint! We were close to everything and had a great time. As it states in the listing, you can occasionally hear people upstairs but it didn't bother us at all. Communication with the property manager was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice, clean and roomy in very nice neighborhood. Well stocked with kitchen utensils. Great views out over Salt Lake City. Especially convenient to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton ski areas and SLC airport.

The basement is spacious and the kitchen is well stocked however there is no sidewalk or path around to the entrance so you have to walk through the usually wet grass around the side of the house to the back entrance that is also not well lit. The young family upstairs is quite noisy so if you are looking for a quiet relaxing stay this is not for you.

I always wanted a home with a view. This home has one of the most beautiful views in the valley.

On clear days you can see Salt lake city from the back yard and on not-so-clear days you can see the storms wash over the valley.

Every season has a new view and I love it.
