You'll have the entire private, ground-level 2B1B guest suite sitting on the hillside, with a separate entrance and two-car garage.

Perched high above the city, enjoy panoramic mountain & city views, a private deck, personal sauna, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and the cozy bohemian decor. Relax in queen beds with comfy linens, and unwind with the 75" TV. Just 5 mins to groceries & close to restaurants, golf, ski, outlets, hikes, paragliding, and so much more!

Enjoy our spacious 1,268 sq. ft. private suite, thoughtfully designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxation. The suite is a fully separate unit with its own covered entrance and beautiful mountain views. While it is located below our family home, we’re very mindful of noise and do our best to keep things quiet so you can fully enjoy your stay. Our home is a clean, non-smoking space, carefully maintained to be safe and welcoming for all guests.

Perfect for up to 4 adults, this suite offers the comforts of home with extra space to unwind.

This mountain retreat was great, containing all the amenities that you might want. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and the living room was welcoming. Our stay was for a ski vacation, and the location was good for access to both Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons. It was an easy drive to get to our resorts of choice (Brighton and Snowbird). The hosts had great communication and were able to accommodate our requests. Check-in was easy, and it included access to a large private garage for our car. Check-out was also easy, with sensible and reasonable requirements. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nestled along the Wasatch foothills, the neighborhood is quiet, scenic, and surrounded by beautiful hiking and biking trails, yet it’s only a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and the freeway for quick access to Salt Lake City, Silicon Slopes, and world-class ski resorts. It’s a place where you can enjoy nature, fresh mountain air, and stunning views while still being conveniently close to everything Utah has to offer.
