ゴージャスな改造！ グレイホークにあるこの4ベッド2室、5バス室全体で、現在の高品質仕上げで美しく更新されています。 アーチ型の高い天井、メインレベルのマスタースイート、3台のガレージを備えた広いオープンフロアプラン。 緑豊かな裏庭には、小石の温水プールとスパ、草、果樹があり、バーベキューで建てられており、隣人はいません。 グリーンベルトの素晴らしい袋小路の場所。 コミュニティ全体のランニング/ウォーキングパス。

マスターベッドルームはメインフロアにあり、キングベッド、クローゼットの中を大きく歩くと、裏庭のプールとスパに直接アクセスできます。

他の3つのベッドルームは2階にあります。 1つはキングベッド、もう2つはクイーンベッドを備えています。 リビングルームには、必要に応じて高品質の引き出し式ソファベッドが備わっています。

The home was spacious and matched the photos in the listing. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with nice walking/running paths. The primary bed and pillows were comfortable.However, while the property is marketed as “luxury,” the outdoor furniture, kitchen seating, indoor carpeting, and some linens showed noticeable wear and visible staining. The overall condition of these items did not align with the “luxury” description.

This tenant was constantly complaining and had additional guests staying at the home without notifying the owner. She was not a great guest unfortunately.

We’ve stayed here numerous times.. the owner is super responsive to any questions or concerns.. great location.. hate to rave about the property so we can keep to ourselves but we can’t… good spot for all…

We had a great girls trip, loved the pool, loved the accommodations and host was very responsive. House was clean, had all basic necessities, and relaxing outdoor space.

Very nice property in North Scottsdale.

Very nice property in excellent location. Nicely updated. Pool and Hot Tub heated by a heat pump so no in season charges for heating. Kirin was a great host who addressed all questions and requests promptly. Would book again.

Constant communication with these guests for a 5 day stay. I have a cleaning crew, Gardener and a pool service. It’s a great home and people like to complain. It was an air filter that needed to be replaced. I have a Handiman that comes out quarterly to do the small tasks like light bulbs, air filers and small tasks. Honestly, it’s people like this that make me not want to rent my beautiful home.

As Advertised

No surprises, the home is exactly as pictured in the listing. The location is excellent, easy access to the 101 and a nice, safe neighborhood. The backyard is great, gets plenty of sun, grass to play bags on and of course the pool and hot tub. The house is clean, spacious and the beds are comfortable. We spent 5 weeks here and have no complaints. We would stay here again.

Great property and owner!

Working with the property owner before renting and arriving was always quick and seamless. She responded very quickly and with helpful information! While at the property we had a question on the pool and not only did she respond instantly but she also had someone out to check it out. Amazing location, house exactly as advertised!, great for families and the house had anything you would need. Very clean house and the house felt like home! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long day in Scottsdale. The house was perfect for our stay. It was updated and very clean and organized! The kitchen was well stocked as well. The location was great… close to hiking, Pickleball, tennis, shopping, and restaurants. We spent much of our time in the beautiful backyard, sitting by the fire table or in the hot tub. We didn’t use the pool because it wasn’t hot enough during our stay but everything was well maintained. Kirin could not have been more responsive to any questions or needs. She was great!

Dirty house

The house is really nice. But the floors were dirty, the beds didn’t have clean sheets. Towels were still in the washer and were musty. Hairs in the shower and tubs. Just in general was not up to par for the price. Did contact the owner and she said it had been cleaned but obviously it had not been. No apologies or attempt to make things right.

The house was cleaned professionally! Look at the past reviews. The guest had 10 guests staying in the home even though the home wasn’t booked for that volume. I let that slide. I personally flew out to AZ to look at my home to verify what the claims were. All unwarranted. The guests were very disrespectful. Please anyone booking a VRBO let the owner know your intentions with the home. I do not allow large bookings due to the wear and tear on the home and out of respect for my neighbors. I have professional services that tend to the home, lawn and pool.

The property is fine. The homeowner was not accommodating. For example, on the first day we noticed the toilet in the primary bedroom was not working and notified the owner immediately, who basically refused to fix it because she/he had a plumber out the week before and didn't want to pay for one again. By the end of the week it was not fixed. As well, this owner controlled the A/C, and kept it at 72 at night, which would be fine except that the bedrooms were only provided with one heavy quilt, no lighter blankets. All guests had poor nights sleep because we were over heated with the quilt, and cold without it. I asked for the A/C to be turned down to 68, and was ignored. Nice house, unaccommodating owner. As guests simple requests should be gladly taken care of, and this was not the case.

Hello Bob, I sent you a plunger immediately prior to sending out a plumber. I don’t think that seems unreasonable. And sure enough when I sent someone to the home after your stay, they plunged the toilet and it was cleared immediately. And regarding the temp of the home. I set the two thermostats to 70 not 72. And this is a way for me to ensure the home is cool enough in AZ temps. People also need to understand that if you pull the window coverings it keeps the home very cool on 100 degree days. There are many windows in this home. I have two AC units one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs to ensure that the air conditioning keeps both levels cool. You mentioned thick quilt for a bed, well if you didn’t like that blanket I provide extra blankets for the home. I communicated constantly with you over your clogged toilet for two days. All I asked if for you to plunge the toilet. It isn’t reasonable to ask for a plumber to come out and be charged $500 to plunge. I dropped my price for you to stay at the home. If you were to book a hotel for just you (not including your other 3 guests) you would be paying a minimum $500-$800 a night. Please be kinder to VRBO owners in the future.

Beautiful updated home in Grayhawk neighborhood with easy access to walking paths. Close to numerous great restaurants & shopping. We enjoyed the private pool & spa. Host was very responsive to our needs.

Perfect Scottsdale Home Away From Home

Stayed at this beautiful home while we were in Scottsdale showing horses at Westworld. The house was a perfect retreat after a long, hot day at the barn. The backyard, pool and hot tub were wonderful. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home

We’ve rented a number of homes through VRBO and this one ranks as one of the best. The neighborhood is quiet with great walking trails which we used every morning. The layout of the home was perfect – open, spacious and immaculate. The kitchen is very well equipped with spices, etc and we took advantage and made a few meals there. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets if we needed them. We loved the pool and the hot tub as well. Kirin is very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the North Scottsdale area. We hope to be back soon.
