2022 newly renovated house with a private heated pool (with an electric safety cover), fenced in private yard, and access to a private-residents only beach, playground, tennis court, dog park, and marina. The house is located in Norwalk, CT in the Rowayton Elementary School district less than 2 miles from the train station, shopping, restaurants, etc. and only 45 miles from Grand Central.
The house is located in a private beach neighborhood, where only residents have access to the beach (renters are granted access to all neighborhood amenities). It's great for families as the neighborhood is quiet with walking only paths and areas that are safe for kids to scoot, bike, and walk to/from the beach and playground. The house has a fenced in backyard with grass and is adjacent to the beach path which is a 4 minute walk from the house to the playground, tennis courts, and beach area.
The house has an open floorplan downstairs with gourmet kitchen appliances and an oversized 10' kitchen island and a large dining table. The kitchen flows into the family room which features a large smart TV as well as 16' sliding glass doors that open up to the backyard and pool.
