Awaken to a beautiful ocean view sunrise and the roar of the surf! The Beach House Getaway is located in the heart of the quaint coastal town of Pacific, just a two-minute drive from Seabrook. Which has lots of restaurants, a grocery store with everything you could possibly need. They also have lots of shopping, a spa, and arcade for the kiddos. Saturday markets during the summer and live music on the lawn area. This property offers stunning panoramic views throughout the home from both floors, and beach access is just steps away. Enjoy the tranquil sounds of the waves while beachcombing and finding treasures to remember your time. Take advantage of this relaxing retreat while still having access to local dining and shopping nearby. Life-lasting adventures and memories begin here.

The Beach House Getaway served as a bed and breakfast for nearly 20 years and was recently revamped. It's designed to provide a spacious resort feel while also giving you the privacy you want. All four bedrooms are master suites with their own full bathrooms (three king bedrooms upstairs, one queen size adjustable bed in the bedroom downstairs). Additionally, each suite has a sitting area with ocean views. So put your feet up and let the vacation begin!

Whether you're looking to relax indoors or outside, we have everything you could need! Inside, there is a full kitchen with all amenities, including a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee bar with wine fridge, and a Keurig. The dining table comfortably fits 6-8 people. There is a lovely variety of teas and coffees stocked. We also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Outdoors, you'll find a wrap-around deck with another dining space, fire pit, and a hot/cold outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day of sandcastle building or clam digging. And the perfect storm watch base, king tides viewable from almost every room in the house. Our discounted winter rates can’t be beat.

This property is located next door to Pacific Beach State Park, a 17-acre public recreation area offering picnicking, camping, fishing, swimming, clam digging, and beachcombing. You can access the beach directly from The Beach House Getaway property or through the state park using their concrete trail (a 3-minute walk).

We always have an amazing time. Sitting on the porch and watching the tides and sunsets are so relaxing and peaceful. At night you go to sleep with the sound of the ocean. Take the time to go to the Beach Box. You make your own glass art.

I got married to my husband on the beach, which was just a 2 minute walk off from the property. We booked our stay months in advance, and the owner answered any questions we had about the property. The space was quite large-we had a small family gathering after the ceremony and it was wonderful to have such a great space to laugh and relax in. Thank you for being such a great host!!

This is a wonderful home for a large family or in our case for 4 couples from ages 62-83. Great bedrooms with attached bath for each one plus another half bath! This is the 2nd time we stayed here, the last being with our kids and grandkids! Wonderful outdoor space as well! Great view of beach and a very short walk to boot! Kitchen has just about anything you would need! In 4 days we only ate one meal out! Large dining table accommodated us easily for meals and games! Lots of comfy seating in living area! Only criticism would be house is advertised as “recently” updated and our first visit was 2 years ago and it is the same. Home could use a deep cleaning but neither of these criticisms would stop us from rebooking! Melissa was efficient, helpful and fun to talk with!

Fantastic location and lovely home with spectacular views was perfect for our family reunion. The host was diplomatic in handling my relatives that brought a couple small dogs. A very lovely place and time

Sisters’ Weekend

Seven sisters spent the weekend in this lovely home. Enjoyed the fact that each room was a suite, the upstairs rooms had wonderful views of the ocean. Location to the beach was great. Minutes away from Seabrook for food and shopping. Very comfortable and a great place for families.

This is our 2nd time staying there and both times the owners have been very communicative and helpful. House is amazing with more than enough space. Each family had their own bathroom. Great property near the beach

The house worked perfectly for two families with teens. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Kitchen was large and well appointed. Close walk to the beach and ocean views from the living room, deck and upstairs bedrooms. Property management was responsive and super helpful when we left something behind. Overall a great place to stay!

Late summer getaway

Property is in a choice location, just a few steps from the beach. The house is large and roomy and fit our 8 people very well. A large deck with view is nice as well. Would stay here again. Thanks Paul for making it available.

Perfect Spot for Family

We used the Beach House Getaway as our "basecamp" for a large family reunion. The private suites allowed for easy and private accommodations for extended family that doesn't necessarily want to share bedrooms or bathrooms. The house location cannot be beat. Steps from the state park and beach access, massive deck to enjoy the outdoors and enjoy the beach. The kitchen is well appropriated without being cluttered allowing you to unpack your supplies easily. Kids toys and kites were a big hit too! Everyone in my family plans to book this place for future trips, it was just perfect.

Great stay in Pacific Beach home

My wife and I, and our adult children and grandchildren stayed here over a weekend. The home is beautiful and spacious. Its well equipped for meals, coffee, etc. The kids toy selection. was appreciated by my grandchildren. The location is right next to the beach and very close of drive-on beach access and the towns of Moclips and Seabrook. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Guests are asked to remove shoes at the front door so bring your warm slippers if your from warmer climates like Arizona :-)
