The house is spacious and comfortable. Lots of extras that take this place to the next level: bathrobes in every room, outside equipment and games, plenty of dishes and utensils, cookware is more than adequate, and the sharp knives are actually sharp. Lots of natural light throughout and excellent beach access. Host is responsive and helpful.

Clean, comfortable and much attention to detail. So many thoughtful amenities and being so close to the beach is delightful. Very roomy and accommodating kitchen.

The house was very clean and bathrooms were supplied with everything one could need. Short walk to ocean. Ocean views from most areas of the house. Owners must be dog lovers as the area under the stairs had food/water bowls waiting!

First time renting a property. This property sets the bar very high for future rentals. Great proximity to the beach. Amenities were excellent. Check-in easy, checkout just as easy. I don't know what more to say.

Perfect vacation home

We have stayed here for the last 4 years. It was perfect with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Perfect distance from the beach! The kitchen has almost everything we needed (brought our own rice cooker). The front porch is so relaxing with a slight view of the waves. The hosts were amazing to work with! We have sadly outgrown this amazing beach house and will miss it greatly!

Everything was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay. The views were great, the beach is so close. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools we needed for cooking over multiple days. We will be back as soon as we can get away!

My Favorite Place

This is my 3rd stay at this property and hopefully not my last. It has everything anyone could need and you can't beat the location! The only way it could be better is if they let me move in ❤️. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Great rental!

We had a wonderful time in the rental. It is very well stocked and comfortable for 6 adults. We really appreciated all of the thoughtful touches, especially the well stocked kitchen. Location to the beach was great.

Wonderful beach getaway.

This hme ois somewhat secluded with a path directly ro the beach. It was very clean and well appointed, Our family had a great time making it our own for our stay, The firepit worked very well and lots of outdoor seating. The host were available and answered any questions we had, Will be on our list to visit again,

Perfect weekend

Perfect location! Not like the overcrowded location of seabrook. Extremely quiet, has all the amenities, and a straight walk to the pathway to the beach. Close to everything without the crowd. I would definitely love to stay there again.

We had the time of our lives staying at this incredibly beautiful home with a drool-worthy view of the beach and can’t wait to come back again! Perfect family beach trip!

We loved this house and this location. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The 1-2 min trail to the beach was perfect for our littles and the deck was lovely for enjoying the evening outside. The house was clean and stocked with all the little things we needed. Would love to stay again!

We had a great time at this property. Easy walk to the beach! Great views from each bedroom too. Very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Everything worked good, comfortable beds, and kitchen was well stocked with all the essential items. Great place to stay.Thank you!

Hands down the best rental!

We had such a wonderful stay, thanks in large part to how thoughtful every little touch was. From the handmade local soaps to the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and sheets. I can't say enough how lovely this place was, and how friendly and communicative the hosts were. We'd love the chance to stay again!
