So happy

Everything was better then the add shows. Easy check in very comfy, felt like we were home. Would definitely stay again.

We were disappointed with this property, especially compared with other vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, including several in Clarksville.The biggest issue was cleanliness. Cabinet fronts were coated with grime, the living room air vent was packed with dust, the walls were covered with handprints and scuffs, and there was dog waste in the backyard. The strong air freshener scent didn’t make the home feel cleaner and actually caused headaches for some of us.The home was also minimally equipped. There wasn’t a serving bowl, the kitchen knives were too dull to safely cut an onion, and the inventory list didn’t match what was actually provided. The bedrooms had no dressers, the beds were extremely firm, and the electrical panel was hanging open in the kitchen, which raised safety concerns.The many posted rules made the home feel unwelcoming, and the required 90 insurance fee was difficult to justify given the condition and amenities.The living room was comfortable, and the home has potential, but it needs a deep cleaning, better maintenance, and more thoughtful stocking. At its current price, we would not stay here again.

Great location near Fort

Clean and close to Fort Campbell. Will stay again when we return. The listing was accurate and there were no surprises.

Stay in Clarksville

This was a cute little two bedroom apartment. It was also cheaper than most of the hotels in the area. Very close to everything. Check in was super easy and the owner was very responsive to messages.

Close to Fort Campbell

Overall the stay was as expected, price was affordable. Location was good if you are looking for something close to Fort Campbell and need to be in an area that has everything you need close by. The unit 4 of the 4-plex accommodated us well with a nice sitting area, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms that we needed. The neighborhood was busy and had a lot of things going on (this was over the 4th of July Weekend), but overall the stay was pleasant. BTW - great communication with the property managers...

Graduation stay

It was a nice place. Just needs a few up dates. The person that cleans could d a little better. When I used the dryer the lint trap was so full I could make a blanket out of it, lol. That start a fire. But all in all it was good.

When I departed from the military, i joined a group of real estate investors that showed me the way to doing rental properties.
