Nice, Pleasant, queit and relaxing stay

Lovely family stay with our 2 year old. Easy to find and quiet propety and within touching distance of supermarkets, beach, local restaurants. Property was fully equiped with all modern amenities and applicances including dolce gusto coffee machine, sonos, smart tv, air con throughout. Gas BBQ was well kept and easy to use, as was the kitchen. Swimming Pool and outstide area was clean and tidy, with a view of the golf course and mountains. We were made to feel welcome by Jochen and Moritz (housekeepers) whom live a stones through away and are on hand via text should we of needed. Communication with the owners upon booking was quick and responded with any questions in a timely manner. We had a nice stay and would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet relaxing week. For anyone playing golf Baveria Golf Club is 20 yards up the round, I played golf a couple of times, course is tight, fun and good challenge for any standard of golfer. The house is situated on 9th hole. Driving, range, buggies, restaurant clubhire all reasonable. P.s. They do pair you up with other golfers.

Traumhafter Sommerurlaub!

Wir sind mit vier Mädchen nach Velez-Malaga geflogen. Von den beiden Verantwortlichen wurden wir herzlichst empfangen und haben ebenfalls hilfreiche Tipps für den Aufenthalt bekommen. Jederzeit hatten wir das Gefühl gut aufgehoben zu sein und bei Problemen jemanden zu haben der sogar deutsch sprechen kann! Das Haus war überragend. Wir haben fast lieber am Pool als am Meer entspannt, da dies einfach unkompliziert war. Morgens konnten wir am Pool frühstücken und abends haben wir mit einer schönen Flasche Wein auf der anderen Terrasse sitzen können. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung wo wirklich nichts gefehlt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fint hus där inget saknas, allt fungerade toppenbra! Även läget är bra dock har det påbörjats bygge av fas 2 vilket innebär ökad byggtrafik utanför men det gäller dagtid. Kan varmt rekommendera för en härlig vistelse på Costa del Sol. Fam Johansson

Fantastiskt boende

En riktigt fin lägenhet som var välutrustad och mycket fint inredd. En fin altan med en fantastiskt egen pool! Lägenheten var lättillgänglig med parkering precis utanför. Nära till stranden, restauranger och shopping. Många utflyktsmål i närheten missa inte ett besök i Frigiliana och Alhambra. Värdarna Jochen och Moritz var supertrevliga och mycket hjälpsamma.

Alojamiento simplemente perfecto.

El alojamiento es perfecto, muy limpio, todo muy nuevo, con todo tipo de menaje, no falta nada!! . Con independencia de la construcción, que es preciosa, la decoración es exquisita, con muchos detalles que hacen que la estancia simplemente sea perfecta. Sólo eché de menos una cosa, y es tener cortinas en dos de las habitaciones, para cambiarte tienes que bajar la persiana. El anfitrión nos atendió perfectamente y nos ayudó con lo que necesitábamos.

Casa muy bonita y bien equipada.

Una casa muy bonita y decorada con buen gusto. Tiene menaje de todo tipo y no le falta de nada. La piscina es chiquitita pero mas q suficiente para remojarte y estar agusto. La barbacoa a pesar de ser de gas y que preferimos de carbón, deja mucho mejor de lo que esperabamos el sabor de la comida. La situación es un poco retirada de la playa, si bien llegas en 3 o 4 minutos en coche, hay q usar el coche para casi todo si no quieres darte un buen paseo. También tiene vistas a un campo de golf... y nos econtramos una pelota en la piscina uno de los dias. Como mayor pega es que la casa está equipada para 6 personas, la cama de matrimonio muy bien, la habitación con dos camas son pequeñitas pero comodas y la habitación se queda un poco estrecha aunq te apañas. Pero la otra habitación tiene dos sofás unipersonales que se hacen cama q son bastante incomodas para las otras dos posibles personas que se alojen, estaría bien poner dos camas como en la habitación pequeña. Una estancia muy buena y agradable a fin de cuentas.

Lovely new house

We just spend nine days in This lovely appartment and it was all as promised to be. House was very clean and as new. The beach was only a small walk away and surroundings was quiet. Nearby golf course Baviera Colf was one of the best courses I have played in Spain.

Stunning location

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at Casa Melocoton. This villa is perfect in terms of location to all areas of the Costa del Sol and equally amazing for chilling round the pool. The villa was spotless and the pool was amazing. The views from the bedrooms was breathtaking. The only slight issue was the building work in the surrounding area which was a little noisy at times but overall I would highly recommend this villa and Caleta as a perfect holiday location.

Super location

Appartement supérieur à ce qui est annoncé, très bien équipé y compris en lingerie. House keepers à l'écoute et très réactifs. Séjour très agréable. Dommage que la location soit un peu éloignée de Malaga.
