Our office hours are 9am-5pm CT Monday -Friday.
For after office hours communication/emergencies, please call/text your host, Seth. If we do not answer immediately, leave me a voicemail or text me and we will get back with ASAP.
The Happy Cow Cottage is located within the tiny home community of Mentone Mountain Escape. Within the community, there is a common area with fire pits, dog park and views of the field and mountain.
Any type of car will do to get you from the cottage to town.
No Public Transportation.
- Since this home is near a farm, keep in mind there is a potential for farm smells every now and then.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT OPTIONS
We are at the mercy of the calendar! The only way to guarantee early check-in is by booking the night before. If you want to take a gamble, you can wait until 24 hours before check-in to see if our schedule allows for it. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in may not be possible.
Late checkout will depend on the number of hours requested and if there is another guest coming that afternoon.

No. While we would love to host whoever you are booking for, we do need them to book for themselves with their own Airbnb account. Seth and Emmye are super hosts for local tiny home Air BnBs and VRBO's atop Lookout Mountain Georgia and Alabama. In 2018, we went on an adventure to scope out where we will plant our roots for our first stages of life. The Nest was the first tiny home we stayed in and made us fall in love with this area, community, and a new concept of living.
Emmye was hired as the sales and marketing manager for Little River Escape Tiny Home Community and wanted to create an opportunity for others around the world to experience this new way of life. Going tiny has been the most freeing journey. Our own personal tiny home has given us a new beginning, a home, and an unforgettable experience and life.
We hope to meet you when you stay in The Nest, the Cricket By The Creek, the East Fork Cottage, Where the Little River Runs, the Royal Iris, the Blueberry Bungalow, the Turtles Nest, Woody, the Crooked Tree Cabin, the Happy Cow Cottage, or Bella Vista since we also live right near all 11!
