Perfect Location, outstanding Host

In for the World Series and this House was perfect. Clean and in perfect location. Host very accommodating and the response times for any questions was impeccable. Would definitely recommend.

Thanksgiving

We came to celebrate Thanksgiving with family that lives 15 min away. The kitchen was fully equipped and beds were very comfortable. We were two adults and space was great and everything was very clean. I can only suggest a better care of the front lawn of the property. We visited Lake Balboa, an excellent place to walk/run.

Excellent Stay

We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, the kitchen was ready for all of our cooking. Quinn was fast and easy to communicate with. We were very pleased with our stay!

Loved this place and will stay again! Well kept, clean and very cute decor. It had all of the comforts of home. My daughter is applying to CSU Northridge and this will be our go to place to stay!

Little Getaway for my son and I

Quinn, was very helpful and assisted in making the process so much easier, the home was well kept, and everything you need is within walking distance or driving if you want to. My only complaint would be the Green Honda which sat in the front of the home the whole time I was there making it difficult to maneuver your vehicle out of the driveway

Great House with Access to So Much

This was a very nice place with easy check in/out. Clean and comfortable. Nicely outfitted kitchen, bath (dual sinks) and laundry. Quick access to 101 and 405. Driveway to park in was a nice feature. A good place to hang out in or use as a launching spot to see LA.

Doing VRBO at Quinn’s

Private parking, very nice and comfortable, hot shower ( but low pressure water spray) and low toilet ( mobility issues) A minus grade.Thumbs up recommendation for sure, reasonable rules and price!

Wedding party

We were very comfortable, our only issue was hot water which we addressed with the owner. He is very strict about max 4 guests. We were attending a family gathering and we did have a couple of family come by to see their 90 year old mother, they only stayed a couple of minutes. The neighborhood was quiet except for a dog who did do some barking, but he’s a dog! I would stay there again. Definitely a great value in that area.

Cozy clean communicative

Those are the high points about this offering. The owner was helpful and communicative, the house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the neighborhood was run down and noisy (no sirens but a lot of motorcycles and dogs barking all night). Would be nice to add a box fan or two. With a small amount of investment (lights and comfortable seating), the outdoor space could have been a nice place to visit. Overall solid option, and the owner was reasonable and honest.

Perfect location, it was exactly what we needed.

The host was friendly and communicate, with quick and clear reasonable rules as well as instructions. When we checked in I was nervous because the road (like every place in CA) was packed with cars, but there's a driveway that was easy for us to access at all times and we were never blocked in or without parking. We enjoyed a day at the beach, the Getty, Santa Monica Pier, LA Zoo and the Hollywood Bowl. There's nice restaurants near the house and the neighborhood wasn't too noisey. We sleep with a sound machine anyway, so any noises made were drowned out. We were a half hour from everything and thats saying something for LA. When we're ready for another get away we will happily stay there again!

Very Bad experience

Everything was going well, until we got to the property. First this house was for 4 people, the manager property send me the rules to approve and consent rules. I did. My family came to pick me up from the airport (dad, mom and 2 sisters). We were start checking in code was not working. My sister was trying to open it. When l came to the door we heard a very loud angry voice stating “ I guess you didn’t agree to my rules, I was like yes sir. Now keep in mind this voice is coming from a camera. He continued stating that I was not respecting his house, I explained my family picked me up from the airport and they were just going to come in and leave. He continued stating that he was going to keep my deposit. Having my family right there l tell him to keep it that was fine, but my family was going to come in. He stated I don’t want to do that.. it seemed like he took a deep breath and said he was going to do an exception for that night only, but he didn’t want to see but 4 people in his property. By this time we couldn’t open the door yet, I did let him know. I’m guessing he just programmed it, while we were talking. The door finally open. When we were inside my kids start getting upset and scared about the manager property. They said he was so mean and my kids even thought he will call the police on us. I asked my parents to stay for that night so my kids can calm down. My parents agreed. We did end up staying for 1 night, but left the first thing next morning. I would NOT recommend to stay in this property. After leaving, I found another house with great customer service. The cleanness of this house was very poor as well. By far this will be my WORSE EXPERIENCE!!!
