This home is pet friendly. Pet fees are $225 plus tax per pet with a maximum of 2 dogs. Some homes may have pet limitations and/or weight restrictions. Please reach out with any questions.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests and can sleep 8 in beds and 4 on sleeper sofas.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our rental agreement includes a strict policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and no party policy.
Monthly reservations are considered.

San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival. There is a $300 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your arrival there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
