Looking for the ideal destination for your next getaway? Invite family or friends, or both - this home is ready for you. Nestled in the quiet neighborhoods on North Pacific Beach, this single-family, three story home offers open-concept living, spacious rooms, and a number of outdoor areas for all to enjoy. With two ground floor patio areas, second floor balconies, and third floor wrap-around roof deck, the options are endless with the ultimate indoor/outdoor San Diego lifestyle we all crave. The kitchen features high-end appliances, upgraded finishings, and extended countertop space to get creative in the kitchen and cook up your favorite meal. Just a quick stroll to local restaurants and shops or a brisk walk to the beach. The location is hard to beat!

We are pet friendly! We welcome 1 dog to accompany your stay (non-shedding, less than 25lbs).
A $200 non-refundable pet fee will be added on to your reservation.
This is a three story home with multiple sets of stairs.
The third floor bedroom is a converted loft and does not have a door.
There is not direct access from the garage into the home.
There is a detached, private, 1 bedroom unit behind (south) of this home that we rent out separately. There are no shared spaces, other than the walkways.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Pacific Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Pacific Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.
Attention:
This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

As your beach getaway comes to an end, we kindly ask you to follow these quick steps before checking out. Please turn off all lights, fans, and HVAC; lock all doors and windows; start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes; leave used towels on the bathroom floor and beds unmade; and remove all trash and recycling. Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for staying with us!
