The ground level condo features a fully updated and well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and gather, plus a cozy living area with a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs, the primary bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom with standing shower and its own spacious deck for a peaceful morning coffee or evening unwind. The second bedroom across the hall includes two queen beds and a full detached bathroom with a tub—ideal for kids, couples, or anyone needing extra space.

The outdoor space features two distinct levels for relaxing and taking in the scenery. Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
