- 1 dish sponge
- 1 paper towel

- 12 Keurig Coffee Pods
- Small soap and small shampoo/conditioner per bathroom
- Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay

INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:
- We maintain the pool/spa at 70 degrees. If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) / Spa (103) heat is available for $45/day or $270/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). The spa runs on a wall-mounted egg timer in 1-hour cycles and shares the same heating system as the pool, so it won’t reach hot tub temperatures unless pool heat is turned on / egg timer is engaged. Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 50 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!

- The base temperature of the spa is the same as the pool. Please note that the spa does not hold elevated temperatures like a therapeutic hot tub. Use the wall mounted egg timer to increase heat on spa. Just note that the egg timer only runs in 1-hour cycles, and it may take several cycles to affect heat spa.

- Guests are welcome to use the grill and fire pit free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.

- Kid friendly! Complimentary children’s amenities; Pack N Play, stroller, highchair, and safety gate

- We provide free itinerary guides designed by locals for families or adults. You will be able to download them when you book with us.

- Dogs are allowed and must be authorized by the Host. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. The house was very roomy, and we had space to spread out. The pool and patio were exceptionally nice, and we enjoyed multiple days of swimming and talking on the patio.

Great Stay

The property was very clean and we appreciated the communication between the manager and our family, even though we did not need anything. We’ve stayed 3 times at Storey Lake and we’d definitely rent again.

This is a great house to stay with kids. There are three themed rooms, lots of plastic dishwear, etc. and plenty of baby items in the house.

Great Family Friendly Property

We loved this house. It was very clean and well decorated/organized. Tons of space to spread out. Kids enjoyed the pool daily in December which was awesome. Kids also loved the themed bedrooms. Easy drive to Disney and close to everything you need. Owner was also very attentive.

Great property!

This is a great property! We had plenty of room for the kids to do their thing! Pool was great for when we got back from Disney to swim the night away. The kitchen had the items you need to make meals if you chose to. We were also close to the community pool which was great! The character rooms were awesome too, kids loved them. Would definitely stay again!

Clean rooms, house just as described in the listing. Each room had a special theme and the kids loved getting to pick the room that represented their favorite TV show. The lighting on Elsa, Sponge Bob, and Star Wars was a hit with the kids. Enough room to spread out and have private adult time as needed. Lastly the game room where the kids could play air hockey was a blessing while cooking dinner.

Huge House and Great Location!

We had heaps of space and lots of fun things to entertain our family! We all loved the pool, air hockey, and gaming centre. The property manager was incredibly fast responding to any questions we had. We loved how close the house was to the Club House pool and also all of the theme parks.

Great family holiday spot.

A grass house for a family holiday. Ghe upstairs was ideal as our two families were able to split off and have wing each. Entertainment was incredible… air hockey / pool etc… all was great fun. Location was accessible and we were able to get to the arms in 15 mins. Hideaway club offered a good change of scene and gym/ pool were good. Altogether a great holiday home’

Incredible Experience

My family & I had an absolutely wonderful time staying here! The property was beyond our expectations!!! But what was most impressive was the attentiveness of the property manager. Any and all questions were addressed promptly! I would highly recommend this property rental!

Excellent location

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Bedrooms were plentiful and my family of 11 had plenty of space. Mattresses need updating and the ac broke while we were there. The property manager was responsive and got it fixed right away. Overall the house was what we needed

This house really is EPIC!

Love this house and the stay. Everyone in my party thought the house was amazing. From the game room to the unique design and decorations. There really was some thought put into the house to ensure guests enjoy a good time. There was something for every age to do from watching movies in the movie loft, playing games in the Gameroom to soaking in the spa. And the water park at Hideaway Club was a short easy walk away. We will have to make this our yearly family trip!

Multi Generational Vacation in Orlando

Our family had a GREAT time. We were two grandparents, our son and daughter with their spouses, a 20-month old, a 4-year old and a 5-year old. Everything was as stated in their information. Kids loved their bedrooms. We all loved the house and pool. The host would always reply promptly to our questions and comments. Location of the house was close to everything we wanted. Easy walk to the Club house with water park which was a big bonus. We used it anytime we weren't at one of the big parks as a rest day.
