Welcome to our latest BRAND NEW 5 bedroom \ 5 bathroom luxury villa located on one of the best lakefront lots in the guard gated award winning resort community of Paradise Palms Resort, which is just around the corner from Disney and other main attractions, ie Margaritaville, Live H2O waterpark, Sunset walk which is 1 mile away! Our new Villa has just been completely remodeled with brand new furniture, ALL SMART HD TV’s, and King beds that have “Dreamspot” super comfortable mattresses containing Ventilated GelCare \ Air-foam Memory Foam. This home has been professionally designed with the comfort and enjoyment of our guests in mind. With breathtaking Pond & Conservation views Our home has no rear neighbors and is just a few steps to the amazing clubhouse and its amenities. The location of our home offers you privacy yet close to all of the Resort fun whenever you choose to enjoy the amenities.

5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, so each bedroom can have its dedicated bathroom. The large Master Suites are attached to modern updated bathrooms equipped with modern fixtures & granite counter tops. Upstairs, there is another large King Master Bedroom with a huge ensuite bathroom. A large loft area has been designed as a hangout place for the family which includes Arcades, Pool Table & flat screen Smart TV. A themed area adjacent to the Loft has been designed to get the Disney \ Universal experience started. One bedroom has been designed with the Beauty & the Beast Princess theme, sleeping two in a beautiful queen bedroom The other bedroom follows the Harry Potter them and contains 3 single beds. There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs.

Imagine over 3000 sq feet of luxury which includes:
Your Newly Renovated private Air Conditioned Theater Room with Fiber Optic lighting affects, South facing pool/spa with colored pool lights and optional heat, kids theme rooms, gourmet kitchen, professionally upscale designed décor, and much more. Located off the famous US 192 tourist corridor, the visitors find themselves surrounded by every amenity imaginable. Restaurants, entertainment, groceries, big box stores, souvenir shops, the newly opened Sunset Walk and Island H20 water park are all within a mile or two, along with a host of other businesses and activities. Not to mention that you’re on the doorsteps to the Disney theme parks.

Our Villa is one of the largest floorplans in Paradise Palm, offering our guests a vacation experience that is second to none. The layout consists of two Master Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main floor. The modern Kitchen consists of custom 42” cabinetry, granite counter tops and a large island. The stainless-steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender along with the other kitchen amenities will ensure that your needs are met in order to prepare wonderful family meals in this upscale kitchen. There is a modern Dining and Living room looking out to the sun drenched south facing Pool and Spa. Enjoy dining “al fresco” on the pool deck while watching your favorite show on our outdoor Smart TV. We have installed a new custom cabana by the pool where you can take your siesta under the sun, enjoying the nature that surrounds you.

We have tried to make our home a true vacation experience for both the adults and kids. The children's excitement will only amplify once they move on from the Arcade room to the theme rooms upstairs. We have designed a Harry Potter and a Beauty & the Beast Princess rooms to get the Disney \ Universal fever started early. The adults can enjoy a cocktail upstairs in the loft while playing a round of billiards. The open concept of our home will allow everyone to enjoy a family \ friends experience, yet still have their own private space to wind down.

We haven’t stopped there! Keeping our guests vacation experience & comfort in mind, we have done a complete conversion of the garage into a functional & enjoyable game room. Florida heat makes the garage converted game room a difficult place to hang out as it becomes far too hot to enjoy. We are one of the few Villas that have installed a dedicated AC unit for our Arcades room area! The family can enjoy hours of fun on the Video Arcade machines (no quarters or tokens needed!) in a cool & comfortable temperature that the guests can control with the game room thermostat. Our outdoor pool area makes it ideal for the family to dine al fresco under the shade of the Lanai. Not having any rear neighbors provides privacy for quality family time while enjoying the soothing sound of nature emanating from the Pond and lush conservation behind our home.

If that wasn’t enough fun! Paradise Palms Resort’s clubhouse, which is literally a few steps from our home, boasts some of the best vacation and resort-style amenities, including a stunning 9,500 sq. ft. Clubhouse featuring sauna, movie theatre, game room, internet lounge, basketball and volleyball courts, lighted tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style swimming pool with waterfall, grotto and spa, pool slide, tiki bar and grill, kids pool, and much more!!

Please Note: The home’s pool/spa heat is normally requested for reservations from Nov-Feb. Our cost to heat the pool/hot tub is $40/day. This is an optional amenity we offer for guests requesting pool/hot tub heat.

The property is very nice, the host has supplied everything you need for a nice vacation and are wonderful to work with! We enjoyed our visit. Only downfall (which the host is unable to avoid) is the traffic. This location is a bit isolated/remote so plan on driving in bumper to bumper traffic for anything.Also, we had dinner one night at the clubhouse and the food is very good and the staff were really great!

Great Location Great Host

The home's location on the resort is very close to the pool and clubhouse. We stayed for three weeks, and everything was great. The resort is huge, so staying close to the pool was important.

Amazing Home for Families

We had such an amazing week staying in this home. The pool and hot tub were perfect to relax in and play with the kids. The theatre and games room were so cool and such great fun to use. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the small appliances and utensils we could need. The beds were so comfy and really nicely decorated. Easy 20 min drive to Disney world was perfect!

Spring Break Getaway

The house was perfect for our vacation! We enjoyed 7 nights / 8 days. We found the location in close proximity to FL touristy activities … we enjoyed the back yard pool to start our day. Ended our days with a soak in the hot tub. A unexpected bonus - the house is close to resort clubhouse and pool. Zane and Ruby were excellent hosts!

Amazing home, great stay!

Great home -- very clean, well maintained and lots of space! My family loved the pool and hot tub (the changing color pool lights at night are great!), the themed rooms are neat, the pool table and arcade games were very fun, and the theater room was the best! There are also nice, large TVs everywhere! The house is in a nice resort in an excellent location -- very convenient to stores, restaurants and theme parks. The larger resort pool also is beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great House

This was a great house in a good location. Not far off 192, Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Traffic to Disney World can be heavy, but that's the case anywhere in this area. Plan for 20-30 minutes during peak times to get to the parks if that's where you're headed.House was well appointed and had everything we needed. Furniture was nice and we were all comfortable. The lanai area is fairly small and very close to the neighbors on the left. But the pool was great and we enjoyed watching the wildlife in the pond behind the house. The development was nice and we walked our dogs around a lot. Safe and comfortable. We didn't visit the main pool since we had one at the house - but it looked and sounded like a lot of fun. We always saw kids playing basketball and tennis/pickleball. Great house!

Kids are begging to book this place again!

This property was a last minute booking. The owners were prompt to respond which was reassuring. The address & directions for the home were easy to follow and precise. The property is in a gated community resort. We were able to pull into the driveway right up to the front door of this cute blue home. This was important for our parents who couldn’t walk far and great for unloading luggage. It looked and smelled so clean from the initial walk inside and all throughout the whole house. The little touches of extra were noticed everywhere. We loved that 2 main bedrooms and bathrooms were on the first floor for our parents, but also loved how the upstairs was laid out. The large bedroom and large bathroom on one end and the themed bedrooms and bathrooms on the opposite end was great for us to be with the kids yet separated as we slept. The game area was in the middle and overlooked the living room. The kids loved it all so much they didn’t want to leave to go eat so we cooked. The beds seemed a little firm to sit on, but every one of us slept so well once we laid down. We had a hard time getting them to leave for Disney. We liked that there was a game room upstairs, but the theater room was downstairs so our parents could enjoy this as well. The layout of the house was perfect for our needs. We loved the pond and wood view in the back and the clean, heated pool and hot tub were laid out so we all could enjoy them. We had every amenity we needed and a close drive to everything.

Awesome

Everything was great. The house is awesome. Fun for all ages...and the private pool/jacuzzi is beautiful. Movie theatre, game room, and elegant furnishings...forget 5 star: this is a 6 star. Owners are amazing. If ever we need to visit Orlando again, I'd book this place immediately. Thank you for your kindness Zane & Ruby!

Magical Vacation

My family and I had a fabulous stay at your home. The house was clean upon arrival and the decor was enjoyed by the whole family. The media room is awesome! Being able to relax in the soaking tub after a long day of theme parking is always needed (don’t you just hate it when you stay somewhere without a tub!?). The housing subdivision is nice and quiet away from traffic noises. For the most part the gate staff was also pleasant. 10/10 from my family. We would definitely love to stay here again when we come back!

Great Trip

The home is exactly as listed and better in person than the pictures. We chose the rental for our 1st trip to Disney as a couple mostly because the location is close to everything and a short drive to many beaches on the gulf & Atlantic. Clean, cozy, and lots of area for everyone to have their own space. The theatre room, game area, and pool & hot tub are all great amenities to the house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Ruby & Zane are great hosts and quick to respond to any concerns or questions. We didn’t use the community areas but from what we saw they were very nice, well kept facilities. Secure & clean neighborhood. We felt very comfortable & safe. It was a great retreat to relax after long days at the Disney parks. We are already planning to come back in the future with our family.

Stop scrolling! THIS IS IT!

OMG! Look no further! This home is amazing! Just stayed there a week. Stayed September 10th thru September 17th 2022. We had 10 people ranging in all ages. We did Universal and the Magic Kingdom. So close to both parks. If you prefer staying in to eat. The kitchen literally has everything you need. The layout of the house provides privacy to all. No bumping elbows here. The TV room with theatre seating was so cool. Our teenage grandsons camped out in there. Never even slept in a bed. LOL There is a club house and very large pool with waterfalls and a slide. Also has a full service bar and food. All prices were reasonable. This house is just a 2 minute walk from the clubhouse. If you prefer to east out there are many restaurants and bars just a 5 minute drive. And Wal-Mart is close too. Zane and Ruby are more than helpful. Their phone number is included in their listing. I did call them once and they answered right away. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the character themed rooms! Amazing! We have 2 young grand daughters. They literally melted down when they saw the Princess room. The Harry Potter room is to die for. The attention to detail in this room was spot on! So look no further.......THIS IT! Thank you Zane and Ruby!

House Is Awesome

This house has everything you need. Loved the pool, hot tub, arcade games, pool table, and the amazing theater room. The kids loved the Harry Potter bedroom and the Beauty and the Beast bedroom. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space. The hosts are great at communication and really accommodating. Thank you Ruby and Zane for an amazing family vacation!

Disney/Universal Trip

Our family has children ranging in ages from 19-8 and we all wanted to be together for a family vacation before the kids went back to college and the craziness of fall set in. We had such a wonderful time at this property and will definitely book again when traveling to Florida. Zane and Ruby are quick to answer any questions that you may have while you are staying. The small store in the Clubhouse also has everything you need!

Hello and welcome to our home, "Planet Mickey". We truly hope you enjoy it as much as we do, and build everlasting memories during your stay.

Now a little bit about our family...
I am Zane, my wife Ruby and we have 2 wonderful kids. My wife and I grew up in Montreal , Canada...moving to Chicago in 2000. I was a Police officer for many years and now work in Portfolio Management. My wife works in the Financial industry. Our daughter is currently in College and our son is a junior in high school.

We love to travel, especially on cruises to different islands where we can enjoy the ocean and the "island hospitality". Socializing with friends and family is an important escape for us from our hectic schedules. We are very excited about this new venture with our four Disney vacation homes; Planet Daisy, Planet Mickey, Planet Minnie & Planet Pluto. We hope that this will create new friendships for our family with other families from around the world. Our wish is that guests at our homes enjoy their stay and build great memories during their visit.

Our family has been coming regularly to Florida for the past 15 years. We fell in love with Central Florida because of its weather and proximity to so many different activities. Great beaches are less than an hour away, Disney, Universal and just the atmosphere of different visitors from all walks of life and cultures. This property is in our favorite resort was specifically perfect for us, it has a private lake and conservation in the back, it is a couple houses down from the Club house so we immediately fell in love when we saw the place. So you have your privacy, nature views while being so close to all the wonderful amenities the resort has to offer

The home is one of the few lake front properties and one of the closest homes to the the resort . The home is also one of the few full size pool & spa homes in the resort. The pool \ spa are also directly southwest facing and offer a lanai that has the most beautiful lake and conservation view. The lanai has a new July2021 Outdoor Smart TV . The home has several unique amenities such as a private Air Conditioned arcade room, all rooms have smart TVs with a 75inch TV in the llviing room, Pool table loft, magically themed rooms of Harry Potter, and Princesses. ALL bedrooms have their own bathrooms! The home is only a few years old and offers over 3500 sq ft of space. The professionally designed home equipped with a gourmet kitchen will truly make you feel pampered!
