If you are looking to indulge in a more formal meal, the full kitchen inside has you covered with stainless steel appliances, modern cookware, and beautiful counters offering plenty of prep space. Plus, you can take your pick of gathering at the dining nook or table. When it comes to entertainment, two living areas await with Smart TVs to stream your favorite shows and movies, and the young at heart can indulge in a bit of friendly competition at the ping pong table on the screened lower patio!

The Retreat is located in a quaint, quiet neighborhood overlooking the 14th Green of Duck Woods Golf Course. 6 Bedroom 4.5 bathroom home features fresh paint, new flooring throughout the entire house, new cabinets, countertops and appliances. Includes a large kitchen that opens up to the den and dining room, a large front porch and a rear deck with a lower screened-in porch for enjoying the peace and quiet of the Outer Banks with family and friends. Outdoor shower available for a quick rinse after a day enjoying the beach. Close to many restaurants and shopping to avoid the traffic on Rt.12.

The deck faces the golf course and is complete with a dining table and chairs. Grill and gas tank are provided.

Under deck closet provides all of the beach necessities: Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, beach toys, 2 boogie boards and 2 skim boards.

BEACH ACCESS: 1.2 miles away on Byrd Street. Additional access and parking at Eckner St., Lillian St., Bleriot St. in Kitty Hawk. Private beach parking at Hillcrest with parking passes provided.

All 33 beach access walkways and dune crossovers in Southern Shores.

The Hillcrest Drive beach parking area. The site has 2 showers, toilets, a gazebo, benches and a viewing platform. Beach and viewing platform are wheelchair accessible. A volleyball court has been added, as well.

Soundview Park on North Dogwood Trail includes a children’s playground, picnic tables, charcoal grill, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, park benches, a kayak launching platform and a relaxing sandy beach.

Sunset Platform on North Dogwood Trail includes a seating area overlooking a sandy beach, a great spot for sunset viewings!

Hillcrest Tennis Courts (at Hillcrest Drive near Sea Oats Trail). (Requires Tennis court sign up sheet at courts)

Sea Oats Park (corner of Sea Oats and Hickory Trails). Sea Oats Park provides a basketball half court with one hoop, children’s play area, soccer field and picnic tables.

COMMUNAL POOL:
