結婚式のゲストのための素晴らしい家！ビーチまで歩いてすぐ。驚くほど新しいキッチンで新しく改装されました！もともと、2ベッドルームのフラットルーフコテージ「ニースファミリーコテージ」は、5つのベッドルームと3つのフルバス、ハーフバス+外側のシャワーをホストする家族のための完璧なビーチバカンスの場所に進化しました。大きな草地を見下ろす美しいデッキがあり、ビーチ、サウンド、ショッピングの両方に歩いて行ける距離（1800フィート）で、理想的な手頃な価格のレンタルホームです。

Perfect location with everything you need.

We came in as a party of twelve and left with no complaints at all. The house is a ten-minute walk from both the beach and Target, and a short drive to plenty of other activities. It has plenty of rooms with great air ventilation, wifi and utilities, and a great shower/bathroom count that never inconvenienced us. Would absolutely recommend for summer trips.

This is a very nice place. Close to the beach and many stores. Not far from attractions like Wright Brothers and state parks. Adults and kids were all happy. We all had plenty of room for downtime at the house and more than enough room for sleeping. It was a big hit for our family.

This rental was amazing! No issues at all. Very clean and kept up nicely. A lot of space for a lot of people. Close enough to a lot of stores and beach access. The personal touches throughout the home gave a sense of closeness of family and it was great to learn more about them. We will definitely stay in the future and will recommend to others. Thank you for helping us to celebrate our anniversary in a nonstressful environment.

Summer Fun

The property was more than adequate for out needs. The ADA bath was appreciated. There was space for the family to come together as well as space to separate for alone time. We enjoyed our stay.

Special cottage

Loved our stay at Kneas Cottage. Close to many Outer Banks attractions. Cottage had plenty of room, was clean, uniquely decorated and just an enjoyable place to spend our family vacation. Judi and Jim are super to work with and hope to stay here again.

Great house for a large family

Our family of 15 loved staying here for our week-long summer vacation. The property is in an ideal location for easy access to everything OBX has to offer. An easy walk to the beach, grocery stores nearby, pretty much anything we needed was very close. Looking forward to coming back again!

Fantastic get-away and a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this exquisite rental property. We had plenty of room and everything was so comfortable and inviting. Just the perfect place for our family to gather together, and the property owner was so easy to work with. A lot of care and attention-to-detail clearly goes into this property, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Outer Banks Get-away

This property was fantastic! Plenty of space, close to great restaurants, entertainment and the beach. Everything we were looking for and at a great price! I loved checking out the owners pictures of the house being built and their fishing charters. We will certainly be back!

Thanksgiving Holiday Retreat

This year my family decided that we wanted to enjoy Thanksgiving at the beach. We had a great time. The house was well stocked and close to lots of amenities. There were lots of conversation spaces. This property was built with family in mind.

We loved this home!

We had an incredible weekend! This home was perfect for us, our kids, & our parents. We came down Thursday with our family, got married on Friday in Manteo, & enjoyed the rest of our time there finding beach goodies. For over 40 years the Kneas family has vacationed at the Outer Banks in Kill Devils Hills, NC. Elizabeth and Harvey Kneas purchased this vacation home in the 1960s just after the historic Ash Wednesday storm. The Kneas' brought the house as a vacation home while residing in Portsmouth, Virginia, about 1 1/2 hours north of the OBX. Originally, a two-bedroom flat roof cottage, the family has designed and remodeled the home into a perfect family gathering location. The Kneas family has spent many years at the 'cottage' hosting reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, and just summer fun beach time together. Sons Butch and Jim grew up spending lazy summer days at the beach and later working as lifeguards, bartenders, and other odd jobs through high school and their college years. Now the Kneas' grandchildren and great-grandchildren enjoy the cottage; this third generation is learning to body surf, build sandcastles, play putt-putt, and enjoy all the OBX has to offer.

You may cross the highway with the pedestrian signal. Also a short walk to the sound. Newly renovated kitchen. Close to many restaurants and shopping, great bike paths and a short walk to the Sound.

Located at mile post 6 1/2 it is close to the Wright Brothers Memorial, several miles of bike paths, and Jockey's Ridge for hang gliding and kite flying. Minutes away from Oregon Inlet where you can drive on the beautiful beaches, fish from the shoreline or charter a deep sea fishing boat.
