This beautiful corner condo at the Emerald Grande is located on the 6th-floor pool and hot tub level, offering incredible views of the Gulf of America and unforgettable sunsets. As a corner unit, it features a spacious wrap-around balcony, just steps from the pool, hot tubs, and the Grande Vista Bar & Restaurant — perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

The condo is conveniently located near the Pineapple Express elevator, providing quick access to the famous HarborWalk Village, where you’ll find endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

From the balcony, enjoy outstanding people- and boat-watching, with frequent sightings of dolphin pods, pelicans, and seagulls. A complimentary boat shuttle takes you to a private beach in just six minutes. The resort fee includes room service, beach towels, and beach chairs with umbrella for your entire party.

For added convenience and fun, we provide floaties, beach toys, and extras for kids — and kids at heart. Free, on-site parking is available, including EV charging stations.

With countless bars, restaurants, fishing charters, water sports rentals, and activities just blocks away, you can park your car and truly relax at Heavenly Harbor.

Location of the room was absolutely wonderful! The owner was so easy to work with and texted several times during the stay to see if everything was ok. Scott also mailed a gift that I left to me and paid the postage. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and the condo was perfect!!

This was the best condo on the resort. It was absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. The owner was incredibly nice and reaponeded almost instantly to any questions I had. We had an amazing stay in a beautiful place.

Vary good Location steps from the pool the restaurant and the pineapple express elevator that takes you down to the Harbor Walk shops, restaurants and activates. Communications with Scott was wonderful. I recommend this wonderful condo and give it a 5 Star

Perfect Relaxing View

This had to be the best spot at The Emerald Grande. We had everything we needed, and the condo was in a convenient spot without sacrificing the beautiful ocean and harbor views. The owner was readily available if needed and left an open line of communication.

Safe, Clean and Convenient

This stay was perfect for me and my friends! I will say the balcony is in a very public area-which was nice to watch the weddings and be able to walk to the hot tub and pool which was as close as you can get. Very convenient and security does multiple rounds so we always felt safe as well. I would highly recommend the stay the host was great about communicating and checking in on us. Very thorough.

Outstanding view.

I live in Destin and stayed here with some friends from Ga. It reminded me of just how beautiful Destin is. The view was amazing. The condo was exceptionally clean and very roomy. So convenient to all the great places down on the harbor. We will definitely stay here again for our next staycation!

Prime location to everything

Nice and amazing property. The convince of going to the pool or Harbor walk right off your balcony made this a prime property. We enjoyed the firework show right off our balcony and watching the boats in the Harbor going out all day. Would definitely stay at this location again when we come back to Destin. Scott the owner communicated with us and gave us great directions on check in and where to park. You won’t be disappointed with this property.

An Amazing Stay with Breathtaking Views and Exceptional Amenities!

We recently stayed at Scott's place and it was an incredible experience! Scott was very helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The condo was spotlessly clean and offered a fantastic view of Crab Island and the surrounding areas. The space was enormous, with large rooms and restrooms, and a private balcony equipped with plenty of tables and chairs. The swimming pool and balcony hot tub were just a few steps away, providing easy access for relaxation. The complex also had its own bar and restaurants, which was convenient when we didn't feel like going out. One of the highlights was the access to a boat exclusive to guests of the complex, which took us to a secluded island equipped with chairs and umbrellas. We just brought our drinks and sunscreen and had a fantastic time. My family loved everything about the place the location, the activities, and especially the breathtaking views. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return. I highly recommend Scott’s place for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Prime Spot for Family Vacation

This was our first time staying at The Emerald Grande and boy did we pick the right spot! Scott was great with communications and making sure everything was to our liking. The condo is absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. This unit is THE BEST spot on the premises with breathtaking views at 180 degrees. You get views of the harbor as well as Crab Island and nightly sunsets. This perfect unit sits front row to the Fireworks display that occurs twice a week and is only a 60 second walk to the elevators that take you to the HarborWalk where you can shop, eat, book an excursion, have live entertainment or hop on a boat shuttle to a private beach. We felt like celebrities……..and had several people stop and talk to us at our balcony wanting to know how to go about renting this unit next time they visit! Lol Our family had so much fun and definitely recommend the Tiki Tour of Crab Island, The HydroJet, and The Southern Star Sunset and Dolphin Cruise. So convenient to be only 5 minutes away to these excursions. The condo is clean, nicely decorated, spacious and beds are comfortable. We were all bummed when we had to leave! This was a family vacation that created a lot of great memories! Thank you, Scott, for sharing your home with us!

Amazing! I could not have asked for anything better!

We have stayed at the Emerald Grande quite a few times and it has always been great but this property exceeded ALL expectations. It was very clean and well furnished but what set it apart from other properties there is that all the little things that you typically forget when you go on vacation, they have it there for you. The owner was super friendly and helpful. I have absolutely zero complaints. I can't think of even one suggestion for improvement. It was that perfect and it is my new favorite place to stay.

Breathtaking Views!

Our stay was absolutely amazing with breathtaking views!! The condo was spacious, stunning and clean!! The location was the best by far! We could see crab island and the boardwalk! Absolutely Amazing View!

Scott and Terri were very friendly and professional. They communicated promptly and went out of their way to ensure our family was comfortable in a clean and well equipped home. Waking up and falling asleep with the "Grande View" was the perfect way to end our spring break family vacation. The pictures cannot accurately capture how beautiful the view is from this unit. Home is beautiful

It was an amazing house and location! Worked perfectly for my elderly mom. Son loved the bunk beds and being on the same floor of the pool. Loved the washer/dryer in unit. The concierge decorated the unit for my sons birthday! Was all around a great place. The elevator ticket down to the boardwalk is on the same floor as well. It was an easy access to everything.

Best room at Emerald Grande

This unit is the best view of the entire resort! Look no further is you want easy pool access, view of sunrise and sunset. We will certainly be staying here again in this unit.

Heavenly

We absolutely love GV25, location and spaciousness we’re the keys we were looking for. Can not beat the view or ease of access to anywhere you need to go. From the boardwalk to the bar, to shop or head out out to Crab Island, it is all within a quick decision. The owners were very personal and easy to deal with. Second time we have stayed here and will every time we visit.

Emerald Grande - Heavenly Harbor

This property is amazing! We were located right next to the pool and had an amazing view from the balcony. We were also a very short walk to the elevator leading straight to the harborwalk. The host is very accommodating; our daughter still sleeps in a crib, and Scott went out of his way to buy a pack-n-play for us upon our arrival. Would highly recommend!

Awesome room in Emerald Grande

The 3 bedroom suite was well appointed in every way. Large master bathroom with tub and shower. Bathrooms in all 3 bedrooms. Windows (and curtains to close) on most of the wall facing the ocean for spectacular views from balcony or inside. Walk out is to the pool areas, but you have a private balcony. The Harbor Walk Village beneath the hotel had so many fun things for everyone to do from escape rooms to zip lining or just choosing from bunches of great restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property and this lovely location for a family vacation (lots of kids around). Rent a pontoon and motor over to Crab Island for lots of wading around fun with lots of other boats and vendors on a sandbar in the middle of the bay!

Absolutely Stunning

My family stayed in this Condo January, 2023 and we were very happy we did. This condo has it all, classy and beautiful with high ceilings, a huge deck and all the comforts of home, amazing sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and Choctawhatchee Bay, it must be a 200-degree view of blue waters and white sandy beaches and dunes. There is also a stereo system with Alexa to help play whatever music you desire and a very large tv, for those of us who prefered to stay in. I cannot say enough about the stunning sunsets right from the balcony. This corner unit is on the 6th level which is the same level as the incredible pool and hot tubs. No reason to step in an elevator, just step out your sliding glass door to enjoy the amenities. There was also an excellent restaurant and bar with daily drink specials on this same level, again no elevator needed. This condo is located in the 18 and up hot tub area, so you can get away from the youngsters if desired. Every day we watched the countless boats pass out of the Destin Harbor, around the East Pass and into the Gulf. Seagulls, Cranes, and Dolphin were just a few of the creatures spotted from the balcony. The condo also has a private white sandy beach where we were setup on chairs and umbrellas, just a 6 minute fun pontoon ride to this amazing spot, all included. The nightlife was incredible too. Just park your car, it is not needed the rest of your stay. There must be 50 bars and restaurants within ½ mile of the condo. There is nightly music in several of the establishments. Also, just below the condo is Harborwalk, an amusement park with zip lines, rock climbing and other adventures. Just a quick ride down the Pineapple Express elevator, by the pool, to the ground level. We heard fishing is the best in Destin, we did not get a chance to try it, but there are hundreds of charter options just steps away. What an amazing vacation, we can’t wait to revisit beautiful HEAVENLY HARBOR!

We are Scott and Teri Wirth. We moved to Destin in 2023 from Minnesota. We absolutely love this town, the beaches, the beautiful water and golfing. We purchased Heavenly Harbor in 2022 and fell in love with it at first sight. The spacious, quiet feel was so comforting yet close to all the fun activities in the harbor. We think you'll love it too!
