Also due to the view over the lake from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest and at the water the domicile is popular. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Use of over 400 square metres. The half-timbered house is a listed, functional, country-style watermill on the river. There are a total of 5 holiday flats: BRA UCK 001, BRA UCK 002 (3 persons each), BRA UCK 003 (4 persons), BRA UCK 004 (2 persons), BRA UCK 005 (12 persons). The flats are ecologically renovated with clay walls and hemp insulation. The mill room is both a museum and a common room for parties of up to 50 people. Use of the common room is subject to a charge and must always be requested and agreed in advance. There is also a common room for 24 people with a fireplace and television for a fee. The holiday home is not suitable for groups. With a diameter of six metres, the water wheel is the largest in northern Germany. A garden sauna with hot tub is available.
