The kitchen boasts a Fleur De Lune backsplash, polished concrete countertops, a 36" Italian gas stove with a removable wok burner, and a spacious pantry. The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area is perfect for entertaining 15 or more guests. Enjoy the scenic views from two patios overlooking lush greenery and dual pools. Yes, this home features two pools and two hot tubs.

Parking is a breeze with a carport and space for up to four vehicles. The detached mother-in-law/guest suite, complete with a queen bed, private bath, and separate entrance, offers additional privacy. The third floor houses a grand master suite with a king bed, private porch, soaking tub, shower, and double sinks. An additional bedroom with a beautiful queen bed and a bunk room with a full-over-full setup are also located on this floor.

Awesome property

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean, location was perfect and the size of the house was perfect for the 8 adults. House was well equipped with all essentials we needed. Glad we only booked for a 4 day weekend because what attracted us to the house was the pools....... but we were disappointed because the pools were green with algae and were unusable. Will stay again but will check on the pool situation before we confirm booking.

Less than satisfactory

The property manager had an emergency call when I was 2 hours away from the property. It was to let me know the elevator was not working. I booked this property because my mother was traveling with us. The property was 3 floors and boasted of an elevator had a mother-in-law suite downstairs, but my mother was unable to join the family because she is wheelchair bound. The news I got seemed to be an after thought on the property manager and a sneaky-way of telling me something they probably knew all along. A beautiful looking stove which the oven did not work, i did not read anywhere that in the property description. Their solution was they had a convection oven, but really it was an oven toaster. The washer and dryer were full of mold. I have pictures to show. They did not have enough toilet paper not even for one day. We had to dash to the store an hour away to buy supplies. The trashcan in the kitchen was broken. There was no hand soap in the third floor. The property owner should find a different company to manage theirs assets. The location was misleading. In the description it looks as if you are closer to the beach than you really are. Hardly can give an over all 2 stars.

Clean and responsive property manager

We loved the property. Everything on the listing was accurate. The elevator didn’t work but that didn’t ruin our stay. The rooms were comfortable and the pool/hot tub were really nice. Overall I’d book this property again. We had no issues during our stay.

Nice with struggles and frustration

It started from the moment I got there. Could not get into site with code provided. Combination lock code had bad batteries and had to be replaced by maintenance. Elevator was problematic throughout stay. Something wrong with the magnet on the inner door as well as the connection of the outer door in the third floor. Stove did not work and it took till the next morning (late mo) to get it fixed. That cost me not only a great deal of frustration but also cost because I could not prepare a meal as I had planned. Door leading to pool from 1st floor not working. Could not turn the lock. When stove was fixed they replaced the lock. Again an inconvenience for my family in lack of access but also a lost of anemeties since we could not enjoy. Washer had a load of towels. Do not know if clean or dirty but should not of been there. We washed and folded them. It was a nice place , very clean with exception of towels left in washer but overall we had everything that we needed once it was working. There were 3 coffee pots all which were missing parts or did t know how to use. We finally got one to work. I don’t know that I would select one of your properties again? Your management was kind and courteous when they finally came around. Considering that check-in is at 4:00 and office closes at 5:00 with no after hour support until the next day should be considered.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had fun at the stay with friends. The location was very good, and the beach walkable. The house from the outside looks good. Even the inside is clean and good. But there are some catches: 1. the 4th bed is behind garage. Access to this bed is via elevator. 2. If the elevator does not work, then you have to exit the house and open the garage, and then enter the 4th bedroom. it looks like a bunker bed room. 3. The third-party managing property are little new, they did not send agreement to sing in first place and asked me to sign with reminders. After signing, they did not receive the agreement. So I had to sign and send it again. It seems like their app does not work proper 4. The garage door was not opening properly, had to call service guy. 5. check-in was not simple. We waited 30min outside to get inside 6. you have to 4th hunting if you are new to the property. which everyone will be. 7. the oven was not working and we came to know when we prepared all food and ready to make.

The condo was beautifully decorated and the space was excellent for our large party. Each reservation will find a welcome basket when they arrive at our property. The basket includes items from local business partners as well as a Protect Port A trash bag. Use the bag to collect beach trash, then return the full bag to our office in exchange for a local gift certificate to be used during their stay and help keep our beaches cleaner than when you arrive.
