Palm Desert Getaway

We have stayed at this property two years in a row over Christmas and everything was amazing. It’s cute and comfortable. The kids loved swimming in the heated pool and the kitchen was perfect to keep them fed all week. We love staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. I had to contact Aman a few times and she responded within minutes. We would stay here again.

Nice stay despite rainy weekend

Property was tastefully decorated, clean, had everything we needed, in beautiful neighborhood, with heated pool right outside the unit. Host was very responsive.

Fabulous location in Desert Falls. Lovely view of snow-capped hills and swimming pool from back balcony. Great communication.

Location Perfect

A recently renovated condo in a great location close to the gate entry & pool access. The unit was very clean & nicely appointed with furniture & new appliances. It appeared to be still undergoing some minor upgrades. It is a second storey unit & would be a concern for physically challenged individuals. The master shower would not accessible either.

Not up to par

I would not recommend this condo. We have been coming to Desert Falls for more than 20 years and this was by far the worst condo we have stayed in. It needs a lot of work. It was not well prepped for our stay. The kitchen was not fully stocked—-was short on dishes, pans and silverware. No dishwasher detergent. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathrooms. Some outlets in the master bath did not work. The two decks were filthy. The sliding back door to the patio was hard to lock. The garage was filthy too and filled with boxes so we couldn’t park a car in it even though the listing said it was available. On the positive side, the condo was close to the clubhouse and pool. We still had a good time and hopefully the owner will put some love and care into the place. His future guests deserve it.

While we’re glad you enjoyed aspects of your stay, we’d like to address your concerns. •Kitchen Supplies: The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate the 5 guest maximum. Although your booking was for 1 guest, it appears you exceeded this limit during your stay, which may have affected your experience. •Dishwasher Pods: These are stored in the pantry, housekeeping confirmed they were still available. •Bedroom Outlets: These are functional but require flipping the wall switch. •Cleanliness: The condo, including the decks, was cleaned two days prior to your arrival. However, the open patios are exposed to desert sandstorms, which can cause residue. •Garage Access: As we communicated to you several times, the garage is not for guest use and was never advertised as such. One guest booked, we assume car. We also noticed pets were brought into the condo without prior approval or communication, which is a violation of our house rules. Unfortunately, none of the concerns outside of garage access were raised during your stay. We encourage guests to contact us immediately so we can address any issues promptly. We take pride in all of our previous five-star reviews and the care we provide to all guests. Your feedback regarding garage access us will be taken into consideration for future guests. You were accommodated with a 4-hr early check in at no extra cost. We hope to receive the garage opener back in a timely manner. Best, Navam Concept

Community for its beauty, safety and amenities. With gate guard and then additional security gate I feel comfortable allowing my children to play outside and take long walks throughout the property.
