In addition to sofas and armchairs, the living room has a5th proper bed (200x90 cm)– not a sofa bed – ensuring a comfortable sleep. Twoair conditioning unitsprovide a pleasant indoor climate.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes adishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, 5-ring stove, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. At the entrance to the apartment, there is acovered terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing outdoors. Garden furniture is also provided on the veranda, and abarbecue area by the poolis available for shared use.
Guests can enjoy theheated communal swimming pool (open for swimming from April to October)in the garden, as well as a cozy barbecue area and pavilion for social gatherings. The entire complex is completely fenced. Free private parking is available in the courtyard. Bicycles can be safely stored in the garden house, and a cycling map with tour descriptions is provided.

Kukci is a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Not so long ago, it was a small village on the edgeof a fertile valley with only a few stone houses. Today it is a quiet residential area with attractivefamily homes that blend into the natural surroundings, away from the city and traffic noise.
There is a small supermarket in our village where one can buy fresh groceries on a daily basisand a restaurant which is well known for its specialties. For tennis lovers there are tennis courts,near by, which can be used.We are only 3 km away from the center of Poreč and 2km away from shopping centers.
The beaches are 2-4 km away, while the newly built Aquapark with attractive water slides and asports center with summer water skiing and other attractive water sports is only 6 km away.
The spacious property surounding our house, 4000m2, was carefully shaped by our gardner,who took care to preserve the hundred year old mediterrenean oak woods while neatly fitting in apark with a pool.Our pool with pool chairs and a shower can be used by our guests all day long. The gardenbarbeque, fully equipped with all the necessities, and a large picnic table, are free to use by ourguests as well.The parking area is on our property insuring one parking lot for each apartment.Internet (wireless ADSL-access) is at your disposal 24 hours a day unlimited.There are 6 comfortable accommodation units-apartmens, in the house and in the bungalows thatcan accommodate 2-6 persons per apartment.Our accommodations are equipped in such a way to offer a high standard of privacy from otherguests but at the same time to provide an apportunity for our guests to get together and socializein special areas on our premisses designed for such activities.We can provide accomodations for more families at the same time so they can enjoy the socialactivities with friends and have their own privacy too.Inform us ahead of time if you have pets so we can welcome them as well.Each apartment has its own separate entrance and its own terrace furnished with gardenfurniture, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen (fully equipped with all theneccesities and appliances) with a livingroom. Each apartment comes with air-conditioning.Four apartments are located on the ground floor and are directly connected to the park and thepool. The size of the apartments is 40 m2.Two larger apartments, one 55m2 and the other 80m2, are located on the first floor of the mainbuilding, each having a roof-covered terrace which can be accessed through the dining room.
Being spring, summer, winter or fall, one can always rest and relax here. There is freedom towalk through oak woods, olive groves and vineyards and pick wild fruits typical of theMediterranean region. Form March till May you can find wild asparagus, a very healthy plant thatcan easily be prepared as a culinary specialty by anyone.If you know how to pick mushrooms, in the fall, you can enjoy searching for penny buns or„vrganji“, trooping funnel or „martinčica“, parasol mushroom or „sunčanica“ and many other kindsthat grow in this region. Istria is also well know for its truffles, a valuable aromatic mushroom thatcan only be found by specially trained dogs.Fishing, off land or from a boat that you can rent, is possible all year round as well as organizedfishing in the company of local fishermen.First class Istrian Olive oil is considered to be one of the highest quality. It is higly valued for itsspecific aroma, nutritional and therapeutical properties.Our region is well know for its vine, red and white. Due to the climate their aroma is sweeter andricher. They can be tasted directly at the owner’s vineyard.
