With easy beach access, beautiful lagoon views, and home-style amenities rarely found in similar rentals, this property is ideal for couples, friends, business travelers, and extended stays.

This listing includes two adjoining studio units, each with its own private entrance. Both studios connect through interior double doors, offering the perfect balance between privacy and togetherness for guests traveling in pairs or groups.

Most Condado rentals do not offer this feature, making your stay more comfortable and self-sufficient.

The building is equipped with a full generator and cistern, ensuring continued electricity and water availability in the event of temporary shut-downs a valuable amenity in Puerto Rico and a comfort for all guests.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is available in a nearby garage next to our building. PARKING IS NOT included with your stay. If you need to park, please message your host in advance before your arrival date. A parking fee of $10 for the entire stay applies, plus a $50 refundable deposit for the parking card (refunded after the card is returned). Only 1 car is allowed per reservation. Instructions and parking card will be provided once you pay the fee and the host has been notified.

Make sure when put in address that it MUST say San Juan otherwise you end up in a very dangerous neighborhood. Property clean, our room shower hot water is broke but nice area

Not only does it have a beautiful view of the ocean but it's in a prime spot where you could walk to or take very short Uber/Lyft rides to nearby restaurants and bars. My favorite thing was to borrow the beach chair and towels from the room, and walk to Playita de Condado, which took no more than 10mins, and that beach is beautiful.

sunny and comfortable stay

this was a spacious, 2-room studio very close to viejo san juan and the beach. the beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms clean, and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. thanks for sharing your lovely place with us!

Worked in hospitality for over 15 years and took on a new career in Puerto Rico. My background is Argentina and El Salvador. Moved to the island in January of 2019 from Miami, Florida and decided to stay. Puerto Rico definitely stole my heart. It's a great place to have fun, indulge in nature, food, history and it's beautiful culture.

24/7 security on site, safe and quiet area. The building has a generator in case power shuts off. Spectacular views and the location is superb.

The unit is in a central location where you won't need a car to do fun things, restaurants and bars are at your footsteps. Uber pick ups available close to the building. Starbucks nearby and so much more. The view from the room is gorgeous, peaceful, yet lively with views of the beach, kayakers, T-Mobile District Convention Center and sightings of manatees have been caught from the outside balcony.
