Hi, we’re Josh & Elle—affectionately known as Jelle! Both born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, we met during our time at Arizona State University and have been building a life together ever since.

Josh pursued a career in commercial construction and development, while Elle has applied her creative eye and design talents across floral and interior design, home flipping, and commercial design and pre-construction services. Along our journey, we’ve been blessed with four wonderful children who we’re proud to raise here in the Phoenix metro area.

Today, Elle has stepped away from her professional career to take on the most important and rewarding role of all—raising our kids and keeping our home full of life and love. Together, we share a passion for creating welcoming spaces, and we’re thrilled to share that experience with you through our vacation home.

Jelle was drawn to this home because they have family in the area, the mild weather, abundant outdoor recreational opportunities, and that it is fairly easy to get to from Phoenix.

The first thing you will come to enjoy is that this home is one of the few single level homes in Colorado Springs. Upon entry you will find that the home is quaint, updated, and robust in features and layout. The open living space provides ample room for communing with friends and family while the bedrooms provide a cozy and welcoming retreat to end your day. For those expecting the need to handle office/work tasks along the way, the master bedroom provides an automated sit/stand desk with monitor/keypad/mouse. Once you get the office/work tasks behind you, venture outside where you will find patio furniture, a propane BBQ, and hot tub. All of this is situated on a vast concrete patio which is conveniently lit with the soft lighting of string lights for those evening meals and hangouts. If the grassy areas in the back and front yards aren't enough, walk one house down and cross the street to find a robust park including basketball courts, playground, and acres of grass!
