This 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo is located 1 block from National, 17th Ave & 4th street restaurants. An exceptionally short walk to downtown office locations and stampede park. It includes an underground parking space and a small workout room within the facility. The location simply cannot be beat. All appliances are upgraded and include a washing/drying machine, a dishwasher, stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. 2 large bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom.

We needed a place that was close to city centre but not too noisy. This condo was perfect..enough space for 4 adults to move around. Location was perfect to get to where we needed to be.

Fantastic, peaceful condo close to wide choice of dining options

Excellent condo, with good quality furnishings. Access instructions and pictures very easy to follow. Quiet residential street, just off 17th Avenue where there is great range of eating options. Downtown bus goes from end of road so easy to get around. Host quickly responded to one small issue. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.
