Unique, modern house with city/downtown views nestled in the heart of Bridgeland, one of Calgary's trendiest neighbourhoods. Approx. 750 sq. ft of well designed living space. Quiet bedroom with a king size bed, 1 full bathroom & loft office space with a twin bed. Central air conditioning, fast wifi, 1 free driveway parking stall on-site, free guest permit street parking on request, free street parking in the area (with some time restrictions), laundry room with front load washer, dryer & laundry pods provided, Samsung smart TV with Netflix, Crave, Amazon Prime, Disney (log-in required) & free Samsung Plus TV channels (no log-in required), well kept gardens & a west facing patio to enjoy the city views. Within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, Bridgeland/Memorial C-Train Station, Zoo, Downtown, Bow River Pathway system, St. Patrick's Island & East Village.

We had a perfect 1-week stay hosted by Heather. The little house is beautifully designed inside and out and wonderfully out-fitted. Everything was very convenient and comfortable. The location is ideal for walkers, transit users, and drivers with easy access to Bridgeland’s charms and to downtown and major city connectors. Heather looked after us very well. We’d love to stay again.

Luxurious and convenient.

We loved our week in Calgary staying in this modern and comfortable house. Everything was luxurious from the waffle weave towels to the cozy and comfortable duvet covered bed. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was convenient to cute shops and eateries.

Home Away From Home

This small house was perfect for my husband and myself, in town to visit family and friends. It is private, clean, bright, warm, quiet and tastefully appointed. We appreciated the central location, the comfortable bed and the dedicated parking spot. There are lots of amenities close by and downtown is a half hour walk. The house is exactly as pictured in the photos. Access was easy and everything in the house works well so I had no need to contact the owner. It’s a 20-30 minute drive from the airport. I highly recommend this property if you want a quiet oasis in the heart of the city.

Great stay!

Very nice modern house located in a quiet area and close to facilities and restaurants. The house is fully equipped, very comfortable and good communication with the landlord. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay - thanks!

Great place and neighbourhood

The house was fantastic and well taken care of. The host was great, helpful and went above and beyond what we expected. Neighbourhood was nice (went to the farmers market and a couple of restaurants) and close to downtown if you wanted to go there. Bring slippers if you're planning on sleeping upstairs! The runner is good for not slipping but a little hard on the feet. Still 10/10 and would book again/refer others.

Calgary stay

The home was clean and had everything we could need (coffee pods, laundry detergent, even shampoo and conditioner if you forgot yours). It was a nice location across the street from a play ground and field for the kids to play. Very close to restaurants and the zoo which was a huge perk for us. Would highly recommend for people to stay at.

We got married here!!

Such an amazing home to stay in for a few days - but in fact you could easily stay a month! Home is so well equipped and has so much storage! Every inch of the home is immaculate, and Heather was easy to contact and send queries to. We would highly recommend this place. We walked to supper one evening, a great location for walking to various stores and shops. And the parking spot off the back alley is perfect.

Perfect space

Beautiful little house, nice relaxing bright space, perfect for getting some work done, reading a book or relaxing. It has great kitchen, bathroom and laundry. A home away from home. great central location. Excellent communication from our host Heather. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

So Perfect

Such a perfect fit for a weekend with friends who were visiting the city! Close to the city centre and within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. The house with spotless with everything we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and will be happy to share this listing with family and friends.

Quiet and relaxing

Such a beautiful property! Great location and very clean and quiet..an uber to the city only minutes away, local coffee shops within walking distance. My husband and I loved our stay and will definitely book again!

Lovely house and yard, convenient location. We had a car so it was easy to pop downtown to see the library and Canadian Music Museum.

Perfect Stay!

One of the cleanest places I've stayed. The host was so accommodating and had a little gift for us on arrival. We loved the neighborhood and went for walks every night - ice cream shop, coffee shop, pizza place all nearby. We could easily walk to downtown just across the bridge. The neighborhood was very quiet at night and we had a great view of downtown. The kitchen was well equipped and she had added essentials like foil, S&P, spices, coffee, and soap. (very nice washer and dryer too) Will stay again for sure!
