Casa Poggibonsi al Mar is just a few steps from the beautiful beach of Cala Llombards, in 3 minutes. Newly built in a privileged location of Cala Llombards. It has an excellent infrastructure. On the ground floor you will find the open living and dining area with an adjoining open kitchen. A bedroom with a double bed is available on the ground floor. The master bedroom with access to the terrace is on the upper floor. Both the terrace and the bedroom offer a fantastic view of the sea. A bathroom is also on the upper floor.
An open staircase leads from the terrace to the roof terrace. From here you can see over the sea to the rock arch Es Pontas and towards Cala Santanyi. Sunrises and sunsets are an integral part of the daily routine.
All living rooms and bedrooms are air-conditioned. The pool and sun terraces are located in the patio. The pool has 7.30 m on the longest lane and 3.25 m at the narrowest point. With entry, it measures approx. 25 m2 surface, with a depth of up to 2.20 m. A hatch opens the kitchen to the BBQ grill with gas, so that the summer kitchen can be opened easily. An outdoor dining area is available with a large dining table for 6 people. There are also partial sea views from there. Especially at Casa Poggibonsi is not only the wonderful view of the sea.
About 50 meters away from the entrance of the house there is a staircase from which you can reach a bathing area (rocky plateau) in Cala Llombards. Bathing ladders are attached there in the bathing season. The fine sandy beach of Cala Llombards, where a chiringito bar is operated, can be reached in about 2-3 minutes on foot. In Cala Llombards there are loungers and parasols that can be rented.
