Absolutely everything about the villa and the service from Adriana ,Alfredo and Maria Jose was first class. Location superb, facilities great and cleanliness 5 star. We had two babies with us under 2 and everything was provided for them -cots, high chairs and stair gates. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Just home from a fantastic family holiday at Casa Lopez. The villa is immaculate & perfect for families. It had everything we needed. Location was ideal with short walk to bars, restaurants, marina & supermarket. Hosts were very attentive & nothing was ever too much trouble. Would highly recommend. We hope to return in the future.

Cannot rate this property and the owner/manager highly enough. The cleanliness, the facilities and the pool were absolutely fantastic!. We have stayed in several villas over the years and we all rated this our number 1. The location is also close to bars etc. (6min walk to the marina) same to the centre of town. Would most definitely recommend.

Outstanding villa 10/10

A stunning villa which is exactly as described.The kitchen has everything you need and the outdoor space is wonderful.It was spotlessly clean throughout, we all had a wonderful time. Only 5 to 10 minutes walk to beaches, restaurants, marina and supermarkets.Adrianna and her family were lovely and she was very quick to respond to any questions. We would highly recommend this villa10/10

Perfect Family Break

We have just returned from a family week in Casa Lopez. Even before we arrived the communication from Adriana was great. The villa is exactly as described, very clean and has absolutely everything you could possibly need, they even went above and beyond by providing some additional equipment for our grand daughter who is only 4 months. During the stay we had one small issue with the Shower in one of the rooms, quick message to Adriana and Alfredo was along an hour or so later to have it resolved. Location was excellent with only short stroll to Marina and the town as well. We were happy to stay around the pool during the day and the location meant we had no need for car hire or taxis. We had a fantastic time and would thoroughly recommend this villa to friends and family, we hope to return one day.

The villa is perfect for families with young children. A gate so the children can’t get to the pool area etc. The host was extremely helpful, fitted stair gates for us and after a huge storm we lost water to the villa, but he came straight out to fix the problem. Walking distance to big supermarket and restaurants around the marina.

Amazing Villa is a great location

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Alfredo and Adriana met us for a swift check-in. The Villa is stunning, so clean and spacious, the pool area and outdoor space is great. The villa is a 5-10 min walk from either the Marina and Cala d’or centre which has so many shops and restaurants. Couldn’t have wished for a better location. Already looking to book again next year. Thank you Alfredo and Adriana!

Wonderful villa

Wow! What a beautiful villa. Spotlessly clean, well appointed with a lovely pool area. A short walk to the marina, town and beaches, nothing was more than a 15min stroll away. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back with my family

Fabulous stay

Beautiful villa which was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning in all the rooms. Pool area was lovely. Very easy to get to marina, supermarkets and town -all were a short 10 minute walk. Main bus stops to beaches and Santanyí town also just a 5 minute walk. Excellent holiday-thank you to the Lopez family.

Fabulous town house

We needed a villa that gave our teenagers the freedom they needed as well as my wife and I the chance to relax and unwind. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the marina with it’s lovely restaurants and bars, then in the opposite direction just a short walk into the town centre for the ‘young ones’ and the more lively bars. Alfredo was a fantastic host, the Villa was clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic!

We have been visiting Cala D'Or for 30 years, staying in various villas and apartments. Casa Lopez is absolutely beautiful, well looked after and really well maintained. The owner, Alfredo was so pleasent and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The quality of villa and its furnisings are to a high standard the villa has everything you need to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A short stroll from both the centre of Cala D'Or and the marina you are close to all the restaurants and amenities. The garden and pool areas are really well kept and very private, the pool itself was a really good size and very clean. Fantastic property and we would certainly recommend it, we will be back for sure

Fantastic family holiday in a superb villa

Met by very friendly owners representative Adrianna when we arrived who showed us around this lovely villa. It is clean and very well maintained throughout, really well laid out and plenty of room for our family group of 6 adults and 2 infants. The kichen is very well equipped, and there's a great BBQ by the pool. The rooms are as you'd expect, with two bedrooms having balconies - great for an early morning coffee or nightcap. The pool and garden are really well maintained, owner Alfredo popping in to do that. Really friendly and helpful and always very keen to make sure everything was as we needed it. With two toddlers, poolside and other safety was very important and there is a good fence between the outdoor patio and poolside to ensure that. Also stairgates within the villa. 8 good sun beds around the pool with plenty of space. Location wise its ideal - 3 minutes walk from the end of the marina, and 5 minutes walk to the town centre. 10 minutes walk to the nearest beautiful beach. 5 minutes walk to a choice of 2 supermarkets. Always a nervous time renting a villa hundreds of miles from home, taking little children and promising a great family holiday. We most certainly got that! Cala d'Or is a beautiful little resort and this is a great villa. Thank you Alfredo for allowing us to use your family home.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir waren 2 Personen und haben das zentral gelegene Haus sehr geschätzt. In nur 5 Minuten ist man bei allen Restaurants, am Hafen oder an den Stränden. Wir haben für die gesamte Dauer ein Auto gemietet, um auch noch andere Teile der Insel zu erkunden. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Vielen Dank.

Lovely villa great location

Lovely villa …Jose Alfredo and Andreas very helpful sorted a electrical issue straight away and helped us with printing of documents. The villa itself is clean and comfortable in a great location with easy access to supermarket ,marina and the beach .The outside space bbq and pool area were great would recommend this villa and will definitely stay again when we return to Cala dor

Fantastic location and beautiful villa

We had a wonderful stay in this villa , the family really enjoyed the pool and the great location , which was ideal for everything !! The villa itself had everything and was immaculate with lovely furniture and very well maintained . The pool area was fantastic and the children loved spending the day there . We will return back to casa Lopez , thank you to everyone that made our stay wonderful ! I would recommend it to anyone , you will not be disappointed! Great holiday - thanks again
