Welcome to Powder Village J6—an updated, ground-floor condo with two private patios, community pool + hot tub access, and a rare ‘Sunriver-easy’ setup: bikes, in-unit laundry, and a king ensuite. Sleep up to 5 comfortably (King + Queen + Twin) and keep vacation logistics simple with in-unit washer/dryer, a gas BBQ, and quick access to Powder Village’s pool and hot tub

This tastefully updated Craftsman-style space (approx. 875 sq. ft.) features slate and hickory wood flooring, granite kitchen counters, and upgraded cabinetry and appliances—ideal for coffee-and-breakfast mornings before you hit the trails, river, or resort activities.

Annual girl trip to Sunriver

We loved the property, location, decorations, bedding, beds. Everything! Our only comment will be on the price. There are other properties listed for the area at a lesser price. Do you offer discounts for longer stays? Thank you so much for sharing your vacation home!

Nice stay

Overall nice but lacked some simple amenities like salt and pepper, enough trash bags and if you’re supposed to recycle,separate cans. Plenty of towels,soap and detergent. Stayed cool even without ac.Good layout. Beds were fine. Perhaps during next update, ceiling fans.

We enjoyed this unit very much. The master bath had not been updated but the hall bathroom has. We did not like the black toilet and the small shower but the hall bathroom was very nice. We like everything else about the unit. The location of the unit was great! Right across from the pool and hot tub. Our only disappointment was neither the pool or jacuzzi was lit up at night. We used our cell phones to check the hot tub in the dark and didn’t go in the pool. I was surprised it would not be required to have the pool and hot tub lit for safety. We would stay here again. Property management was great to work with!
