Needs deep cleaning
The check in process was easy. Guard at the gate was very informative with the community and activities available. On the other hand, this home needs a deep clean. Carpet, furniture, chairs, floors all have stains. Furniture is out dated and old. Linens on bed was not as shown in pictures. We checked and noticed the entire home baseboards were filth and dusty. I contacted the management company and they were very responsive to the concerns we had about the cleanliness of the home. Until I told them the home needs a deep cleaning and they wanted to send someone out while we’re there. We declined, due to the extent of cleaning that should be done. I wanted to inform them so that they can have the home properly cleaned for the next quest arrival. After we declined to have them come out to clean, there was no more communication from them. They did not offer any incentives for our inconvenience. We even asked to have late check out in return, and no one responded until the day of at 1045 am and only offered until 12pm in which we were already gone. They did however send someone to check out the complaints and change shower curtains and air filter as they were disgusting. Good thing I am big on still cleaning our environment prior to our use.
