The Space:

Experience the ultimate mountain getaway at The Langdon House, a spacious chalet nestled in the heart of the Smokies. Accommodating up to 12 guests, this retreat offers breathtaking views and luxurious amenities, making it perfect for large families or groups. With four king suites, a chef’s kitchen, a pool table, a home theater, an indoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub, every detail is designed for comfort and relaxation. Enjoy cozy evenings around the fire pit or take in the stunning scenery from the expansive deck.



The Langdon House combines sophisticated design with the natural beauty of the Smokies. The expansive windows fill the home with light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Inside, you'll find a contemporary kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a cozy living room equipped with a Smart TV and a gas fireplace. Two primary suites on the ground floor feature private bathrooms, complemented by an additional half-bath for convenience. The entertainment continues in the loft with a pool and games area, while the lower level offers two more bedroom suites, a home theater for movie nights, and a temperature-controlled indoor pool, typically heated to around 80 degrees.

All these popular attractions barely scratch the surface of what Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer.



Families, friends, and couples come to Gatlinburg to enjoy it all. Ziplines and whitewater rafting, world-class golf and fishing, and 800 miles of hiking trails in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg is one of America’s premier outdoor destinations. Biking, bird watching, and horseback riding are also recommended activities to try while you’re outside in Gatlinburg.



Getting Around:

Access to this home is a slow, gradual rise on curvy, but well paved roads. Please watch for wildlife on your way to our home. We strongly suggest having a 4-wheel drive vehicle when driving in the Smoky Mountains. In inclimate weather and during winter months, we strongly recommend the use of snow or chained tires. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.

- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.

- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 month, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.

- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.

- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.
