doors and hardware. All new trim, new propane stove, Updated stair treads and all brand-new furniture throughout this lovely condo. South Cove Activity
center and two beautiful beaches are just steps away. Eastman Amenities pass to tenant for stays longer than 90 days. Enjoy kayaking, swimming, golfing,
hiking, tennis, pickle ball and in the winter enjoy sledding, ice skating and cross-country skiing. June and September @ $3,500/month. July and August @
