Quiet historical neighborhood, yet close enough to walk to everything. Bedrooms set up with King bed, Queen Bed and Twin fold-out couch. 3 Desks with chairs, full dining room with dining set, outdoor dining set and fire pit on private patio with sunset views. Tucson getaway

Nice location. Convenient to university, downtown and local restaurants. Clean and comfortable, with a nice patio for enjoying the evening. Kitchen sparsely furnished, so cooking wasn't convenient. Hosts were very helpful.

Hold your expectations

This property provided us with the bare essentials during our stay in Tucson. Communication went well - accessing the house went smoothly, as did adding an add'l night. The house is nicely located for urban adventures. While the amenities list is accurate, hold your expectations beyond that. The kitchen was minimally equipped - a couple dusty pots/pans, a poorly washed coffee pot - no toaster, not even salt or pepper. Not a space to plan on meal making. The bathroom, save for a matchbox toilet space, was fine. All the other rooms were spacious, although the bedrooms would benefit from something more than ceiling lights. The rear patio area was a great space to relax in privacy. The front porch would have been pleasant as well, but had no seating. With an updating of amenities and a better cleaning program, this would be a great home to explore urban Tucson.
