Top Floor, Family-Friendly, Slope Side Condo at the Base of Mount Cranmore!

This truly is our home away from home and is the perfect getaway for your family. Nestled at the base of Cranmore Mountain Resort, this slopeside condo is located on the top floor, center. You have impeccable views of the mountain and there are no abutting units, which creates a peaceful, enjoyable experience. Begin your day with a coffee on the balcony and breathtaking sunrises over the mountain and end your day with a beverage on the balcony while skiers take their last few runs or venture on to night skiing!

You will find an abundance of amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, in-unit washer/dryer, gas fireplace, jetted tub, central air conditioning, free wireless internet and three flat screen smart televisions. All bed linens, bath towels and pool towels will be included. All families will also have access to the following amenities offered only to Kearsarge Brook owners and renters:

1. Year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tub
2. Fitness center
3. Gated parking in premier lot directly in front of condo building
4. Secure ski locker

Cranmore Mountain Resort is home to many activities throughout the year. In the summer and early fall you can enjoy activities from the Mountain Adventure Park or the classic Scenic Chair Lift to the newly designed Downhill Mountain Bike Park. Winter boasts one of the most family-friendly ski mountains in all of New England and New Hampshire’s #1 Snow Tubing area. Just a few steps away from the south slope this condo offers convenient ski in/ski out access. All families will have access to a private ski locker located on the first floor, so it really does add to the overall enjoyment of the skiing experience.

While located on Cranmore Mountain Resort, you are also conveniently located to all that North Conway offers. From the wonderful outlets and family shopping establishments to the many family-owned, amazing restaurants. Story Land is a short 15-minute drive and Santa’s Village is only an hour away. You are also within an hour drive to many of the most popular ski resorts in New England. Attitash, Wildcat, Sunday River, Bretton Woods, and many more.

Amazing location and immaculate living space. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked I have seen and everything and the condo was full of cozy touches. Jeff is one of the most responsive and organized hosts we have had the pleasure of working with. We would definitely come back next time we're in the area!

The condo is exactly how it is described and is at a perfect location for a family to enjoy all that Cranmore has to offer. We had a great viewing of the fireworks show on the deck. The host is incredibly helpful through the whole process, with details on how to check in and check out provided in an email. We will definitely consider a return trip next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff’s condo. The unit is so clean, the beds are comfy and it has everything you need.My kids loved the toys and to be able to watch the skiing, tubing and other rides right out their window.The location is perfect especially for a family with little skiers as they can come in for breaks as needed and the pool and hot tub access are an added bonus.Highly recommend this condo.

This was a perfect spot for a wonderful ski vacation! The condo is right at the base of the South quad which made it so easy to ski with the kids! The condo itself was perfect! The kids had their own "wing" and so did mom and dad! We will definitely be back!We didn't make it to the pool which is why it's only a 3 star (VRBO made me rate it!)

Perfect location/great host

The condo is beautiful and in a perfect location. Very spacious and has everything you need. The host is great, and provided detailed information before we arrived. He was very accessible. Would 100% recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

I can’t imagine a better condo and owner combination. It’s got to be one of the best views and most comfortable units of a really nice condo building. It’s also slope side and next to a bunch of fun activities (mountain coaster, a great pool and hot tub…). Parking is convenient. Elevators are convenient. It’s a few minutes from downtown North Conway. The owner was also incredible. I miscommunicated something and he was just amazing in his reaction. He genuinely cared about our experience. Just a wonderful experience that I highly, highly recommend.

Amazing slope side condo

We could not have asked for better! The property was so clean right slope side! Easiest check in we’ve ever had! Has everything you could ever need and more- our young girls loved the bunk room there was even games and books too! Can’t wait to stay again next year :)

Beautiful property!

This property was amazing beyond our expectations. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. It was huge for a two bedroom too! We had plenty of space for myself, my husband and our toddler aged daughter, and we only used one of the bedrooms. Jeff was also super nice and very responsive. He made everything as smooth as possible for us. When we return to the area, we will absolutely stay here again!

Beyond our expectations!

This space was everything you would need for a little getaway with your family! Tons to do location wise. But rental wise.. it was once of the best experiences with a host to date. We regularly vacation a few times a year and have yet to have an experience like this. The owners take a lot of pride in not only their home, but their customers experience. We will absolutely be returning! Our kids ask us daily “can we go back to the mountain house?!” And we absolutely will be.

A beautiful and clean condo

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff’s condo. Everything was exceptionally clean which is of the utmost importance to me as a guest. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and preparing food. My children had a wonderful time sitting on the deck and watching the adventure park. The condo is in a perfect location, and we had a fabulous time. I would not hesitate to stay here again

Perfect summer getaway

Our stay was wonderful. I place was clean, well decorated, plenty of space, and it over looked the bottom of the ski slope. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the mornings, and there were a few small music events outside at night. The atmosphere was family friendly, and we could see coming back with our kids. The owner was very nice, and made sure we were well taken care of. Lots of hiking trail options and a short drive to shopping.
