Welcome to Hare 10! Updated single level, dog friendly house near the heart of Sunriver. Rooms are perfect for a small family or couples and the new furnace/AC will keep you comfortable. The Village is a quick 5-minute walk and it’s less than 10 to SHARC – 6 SHARC passes are included with the house. The Village is where you will find local shops, restaurants, coffee, and the grocery store.

If you are bringing a pet on your trip, the nightly pet fee will be included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets

The space
Living Room: Queen size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space, electric fireplace with remote, 65” UHD 4K TV with most apps and basic cable. Settle into the comfy oversize chairs great for reading a book or kicking back after a busy day of play.

Dining Room: Standard height six-person dining table and 2 bar stools for counter service. Server is stocked with a variety of wine and cocktail glasses

Kitchen: Remodeled with stainless appliances and quartz countertops. Refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, baking, BBQ or take-out. The dishwasher makes cleanup a breeze.

Bathrooms: Newly remodeled with full size tub/shower combo

Laundry: Washer and dryer located in the hall bathroom

Primary Bedroom: King size bed and plenty of closet space to unpack and settle in. 45” TV with most apps and standard cable. Iron and Ironing board.

Secondary Bedroom: Comfortable queen size bed and ample closet space. 45” TV with popular apps.

Outdoors: Large sitting deck in the back. Umbrella table with chairs and a new propane grill.

Parking: The U-shaped driveway can fit up to four cars. The single car garage is stocked with assorted sized bikes and space to store your other small recreation equipment. Please bring helmets as needed.
Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home apart from one owner storage closet in the primary bedroom. Entry to the house via electronic keypad. Your own personalized key code will be sent 24-48 hours prior to arrival.

Security: The house has a Ring camera located at the front door.

Great location, clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well supplied for preparing meals, and the garage was very handy. Owner was responsive/available when we had a question. 5 stars- I'd bring my family of 5 and dog back here again!

Our new favorite Sunriver Stay

So thankful for a fun getaway to sunriver and a perfect spot of a family with young children. Easy walk, bike ride, or drive the SHARC and Village. Looking forward to coming back and bringing our dogs along next time.

Great house in a great location

This is our 2nd year in a row spending the 4th in this lovely home. It really is a great place to get away from the fireworks. The house is well set up. We got lots of walks in, and enjoyed relaxing. The only drawback was the thunderstorm that scared our pup. We will be back!

Inviting Sun River Home

This home was perfect for what we needed and hoped for. The house was clean and well appointed. All of the furniture was comfortable with plenty of options. It was just two of us, but it would be great for four. The only negative we found was the mattress. It was a fine mattress, but we found it a bit too firm for us. You can walk to the village in minutes, with great access to the bike path. And you spend very little time driving through all of the traffic circles throughout Sun River, which I appreciated. In spite of it being close to the village, it was very quiet and peaceful.Our host had great communication and we were well treated. All in all, a great stay.

Wonderful Anniversary Stay

House is just as pictured, and has everything needed to make your stay perfect. Clean and decorated with modern colors, etc. Owners did a great job with the remodel of the house, very cozy and comfortable. Close access to everything made it so enjoyable as well. We will definitely keep this cute little house on our list for another stay.

Perfect Sunriver home

I can't emphasize enough how perfect the house was for us. Great location with easy access to Sunriver village (I think the walk is shorter than the drive). The home was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect house close to the village

This is such a nice, clean, well appointed, comfortable house to stay while visiting Sunriver. From the house, it is just a short walk to the village where we'd eat out meals. There is a bike rental place very close by and we rented electric bikes. They were so fun!! I'd really recommend this house. This is now our new favorite place to stay when we come to Sunriver.

Thoughtfully appointed house

Our dog hates fireworks so we go to Central Oregon for the 4th. This place was perfect for the. 3 of us. Easy 5 minutes to the Village Mall, the house is set up really nicely ...looks like everything's been recently remodeled. Perfect place for 2-4 people.

Great choice!

Very comfortable, great location just a minute's walk from the Village and a few minutes' walk from SHARC. We really enjoyed all the bikes (10!) which were all in good working condition.

Amazingly home and location!

We loved our visit! The location was amazing, house was nicely updated and clean and the communications with the owner were terrific. We loved the thoughtful touch of the welcome bottle of wine and note. The only problem was that our stau was too short. We will definitely be back!
