Park your car in our secure, gated lot and leave it there. You are literally steps away from New Buffalo’s iconic shops, world-class dining, and the marina. The soft sands of New Buffalo Beach are just a block away, putting the best of Harbor Country right at your doorstep.

THE SPACE
This tastefully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features a "Beachy Modern" vibe with an open-concept layout. The top-floor position ensures a quiet stay with expansive views, while the spacious kitchen and living areas provide the perfect home base for a Harbor Country escape.

PLANNING YOUR STAY
- Check-in: Effortless elevator access to the top floor. The primary guest must be 30+ years of age (ID required).

- The Essentials: We provide a starter kit (2 rolls of TP per bath, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 trash bags, and hand soap). For longer stays, please plan for additional laundry/dishwasher soap and personal items.

- Parking: Includes 2 dedicated spaces in our secure, gated outdoor lot. (Note: Indoor garage parking is not available for this unit).

- Building Standards: To ensure a peaceful environment for our year-round neighbors, we maintain a strict No Pets and No Smoking policy. Large parties or gatherings are not permitted.

Comfortable Condo

Condo was very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, very quiet location, can walk to shops, restaurants, and beach. Building very secure, parking easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful summer getaway

Spent 3 weeks at this lovely property which is only 5 minute walk to the beach. Property manager was excellent and my only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer. Condo has everything — wi-fi, cable TV, lovely views and all the bells and whistles needed to make an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Great location (but trains during the night)

Loved the location. And the condo is set up nicely, kitchen equipped, but only provided salt , pepper and olive oil so bring what else you need! Easy walk to town, grocery store and restaurants plus the beach. Decks on both sides with nice outdoor furniture.

Connie, Thank you for your feedback. Please be advised that in the documents we send you we info all guests that we supply the essentials needed for the first couple days as far as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags. Are kitchens are not stocked with seasoning, oils and what not. You do have several stores within walking distance to pick up whatever items you may need. It sounds like overall you really liked the unit and the location so we hope to see you again in the near future.

Amazing accommodations!

We had a great experience with this condo. It is in a perfect location, walking distance to the beach, marina and all the local restaurants. They even helped us (and we’re nice) when we locked ourselves out! They were so patient with us and had someone there right away to assist. 5 star accommodations and 5+ star service. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Family Getaway

Everything was great. Condo was in a great location, close to everything. Very nicely decorated. Just a couple of minor things, I thought check out was a little early 10:00 and not enough dumpsters the two they have were packed full and that was at 9:00.

Marge, Thank you for the 5 star review, so glad you guys had a nice time. The dumpsters can get a little full on the holiday weekends for sure. As far as check in goes all the rental companies have a 9 am or 10 am check out time policy just to give cleaners enough time to clean for the next guests coming in that day. Weekend getaway

Loved the location and property - very clean and well kept. Disappointed that there were painters there painting the balcony that we were staying in so we couldn't enjoy the balcony one of the mornings we were there. Would have been nice to have them do another balcony while we were staying there as many other units were empty.
